Staff is quite warm and welcoming. Place is well maintained. The only spot which i missed at this property was the rooftop dining place and their cute restaurant, couldn't make it as got too tired and slept early. M sure they must be amazing too.

All the staff were very, very friendly...very helpful...very professional. The rooms were very clean and well equipped. (get discounts for the rooms at the reception) The waiters were exceptional...polite and attentive in every way. The landscaping is beautifully The food was totally awesome everywhere we ate. There is complete tranquility if one wishes just to relax around There is a wellness at the hotel for all.

I guess ”Poor” is the wrong word for Parklane Resort and its staff specially Mr. Vikarnt Verma and the front office staff ****** Singh. The best word to define them was Greedy and Notorious. Now I will explain why I am saying so, I have a booking in this resort for 2 nights that is 18th and 19th Feb 2020 under booking reference ID ********* via Agoda. As we were traveling to Dhanbad from Lucknow due to traffic congestion we reached late around 8:00 PM in the night and these guys canceled our booking and said they have not received any booking via Agoda. The best part Mr. ****** and ****** is trying to explain technical jargon. Dude, I manage a site with a billion transactions in 24 hours and I know what Agoda is. So after a long tussle, they just asked us to leave their resort by saying that they have arranged our rooms in Kings Resort which is just a dumping ground for us. I have not expected such a low mentality from these folks as we were a group of 10 people with kids & oldie people and we have booked an executive room so you can understand what kind of service we were expecting. This brings me conclusion either that Mr. Vikrant Singh is stupid and is not fit tourism industry or he is incapable of handling the situations like this. I would not say any good word for Mr. Vikrant and Pinky for selling our booked room to someone else who has booked the marriage hall in their resort. They have just unethical business practices with poor executioners like Mr. Vikrant and Pinky.

3. There huge problem of electricity ac is not properly working no remote for ac, geyser also not properly working, room and bed not cleaned every day. No water no glasses in the room, foods are average, no toilet kits in the toilet, even no intercom in the room. It should not be delux room service.

GGuest UserI prefer mosquito net, at least a mosquito repellant was needed. Through the basin tap control valve at the bottom, drip by drip water is getting wasted. The currys and dal at lunch contained significant amount of dry chilly which i did not like. The tadka served at dinner was not up to the mark.

GGuest UserRooms are not well painted. Did not get warm water for bath until 7. 30 am, tough we checked in at 5. 30pm in previous evening. No breakfast is served before 8. 00am. Did not get the tea also. Blankets needs to be more clean. No bucket in the bathroom. However location is good, dinner was good. Ample parking space for car. Lift is working well, but not properly clean. Reception desk has no proper information about my arrival. I think this much is sufficient for the time being

GGuest UserLocation wise the property is in middle of market. It's secure as there were cctv cameras in front of rooms. The quality of foods were good but quantity wise they were lesser than expected. The rooms were hygienic but there were damps in walls.
