Originally, it was a great deal when I thought that it was not an inn where I could stay for 35 EUR. The facilities are clean and well maintained. Good towels and sheets. There are many choices for breakfast as well. The parking lot is gated so you can park safely even in Naples. It looked a little rough on the second day, but the cost performance was very good.

Maid smokes while cleaning so it smells throughout the hotel. Elderly woman ok but the but the cigarette smoke for non-smokers I find that it is not normal… the swimming pool is pleasant. The breakfast is really very bad there is absolutely nothing, we saw people with croissants when we did not have any. Very noisy as we were just above reception on the first floor the room overlooked the parking courtyard. We had to call reception because we couldn't sleep. In the morning woken up by the sounds of people talking…. Not great! Otherwise the Parking was free so that's a plus. Non-adjustable air conditioning… It was either too cold or too hot.. very small shower.

Wir sind in einer reisegruppe angereist uns wurde ein behindertengerechtes Zimmer zugewiesen, weiterhin befanden sich im Bad verschmorte Steckdosen und lose Tapete ein kaputter Fön, keine Haken im Bad zum Aufhängen von handtüchern etc nur ein Diener. Das Essen ist befriedigend das Personal ist freundlich. Zum Frühstück nur Säfte in Plastikbechern. Zu jedem Getränk mussten wir extra ein Glas anfordern. Aber die Zimmer werden ordentlich sauber gehalten sind damit echt zufrieden gewesen.

Auf den ersten Blick ein tolles Hotel, leider nur äußerlich. Die Zimmer müssten dringend renoviert werden. Im Ressirant fehlt frische Luft und das Abendessen ist sehr schlecht, Frühstück ist okay. Seit 4 Tagen leider kein Salatblatt gesehen, das ganze Essen ist eine Kathastrophe, sehr lieblos zubereitet. Das Gute ist, das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Lovely hotel with really friendly helpful staff . Nice and clean and a great breakfast to start the day. Great pool and pool side bar to relax around. Only thing I really missed was no balcony to our room . The area around hotel was mixed some nice walkable restaurants and a few shops. However the area was run down and messy with litter and graffiti and abandoned properties. If you visit the city of Naples it's a similar vibe to there. To get to Naples required a cab to nearest train station about 30 euros , 6 of us. Train from Licola station to city was about a hour..again this station and surroundings look like a 3rd world country . However we never felt in danger and everyone is so friendly.

We have just returned from a 5 night stay at hotel premiere. We arrived last on Saturday evening and were quickly checked in to our room with no problems. Our room was cleaned everyday to a very high standard and towels were changed daily. The air conditioner in the room was efficient and the water pressure in the shower was very good. The hotel staff were amazing! So friendly and helpful. The chef was so lovely and made me special meals upon request to cater to my dietary needs. The pool area is beautiful. It is cleaned every morning and every evening. They ask that you wear a swimming cap for hygiene purposes and these are available to buy at a small costs of 2 euros from the pool bar. The pool bar is open until 11pm and it is a lovely place to sit and enjoy late into the evening. Great location, 10 minutes from the beach and some lovely local restaurants in walking distance. The hotel were able to arrange us a taxi driver who was also superb. Thank you for a wonderful vacation ❤️

Bei der Anreise ( in einer Gruppe) erhielten wir ein Zimmer, das für Menschen mit Beeinträchtigung konzipiert ist. Das heißt für Menschen ohne Behinderung nur eingeschränkt nutzbar, Bad war nach dem Duschen überflutet, Türklinken wie im Krankenhaus. Nach Beschwerde erhielten wir ein Zimmer welches o.k. war. Sehr sauber, der Zimmerservice war in Ordnung. Schlecht: Jeden Abend war laute Musik und Feuerwerk in der Umgebung. Das Frühstück war gerade noch akzeptebel. Das Abendessen befriedigend, zum Bier gab es nur Gläser auf Verlangen. Diese waren oft nicht verfügbar. Flexibilität des Hotels war nicht vorhanden. Der Pool war sehr gut.
