The staff at reception were very friendly.
Both check-in and check-out went smoothly.
The room is OK, but a bit old-fashioned.
The door to the bathroom is a sliding door and offers little privacy.
There are large windows for ventilation. This is also necessary, because the room always smelled musty when we entered.
We had to plug the TV, refrigerator and lamps by the bed into the sockets ourselves.
The bedroom was clean.
However, there were a lot of hairs (beard stubs and longer ones) from the previous guest in the bathroom!

After a long day of traveling, we first had to clean the bathroom.

Wir sind mit Familie und 2 kleinen Hunden gereist. Zimmer sind schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und da stimmt dann das Preisleistungsverhältnis ganz und gar nicht. Durchtrennt ließen sich nicht schließen. Wasserhahn schon verrostet. Viele Gäste wegen der EM die dann nachts auf den Gängen sehr laut waren.

der aufendhalt im van der falk war wieder einmal Top , Personal egal wo hervorragend nett und freundlich zuvorkommend und sehr kompetent , der fußballabend war sehr schön organisiert etwas zu meckern habe ich dann doch noch, schade das man großereignisse ausnutzt um die preise noch höher zu treiben

perfect stay for us on our trip to see the opening weekend of the European Championships. Very clean and well maintained. The staff were awesome. Reception staff very welcoming and knowledgeable, The bar staff worked really hard and the prices were very good for a hotel of this nature. The breakfast restaurant was spacious and large selection of quality continental and cooked options. The staff in the restaurant were really efficient. We met the hotel Manager on the first night and he was a great guy would welcomed everyone which was a nice touch.

Superbe établissement en pleine nature. Le personnel est sympathique et il y a un grand parking à disposition gratuitement. Le rapport qualité/prix est excellent et le restaurant offre un belle carte des mets et vins à un prix modeste. Nous avons passé un séjour excellent et nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans cet établissement.

Es war unmöglich eine entspannte Nacht dort zu verbringen. Bar war direkt neben unserem Zimmer und dort wurde bis spät in die Nacht lautstark gefeiert mit Musik ähnlich wie in einem Club. Des Weiteren war eine zugangstür zu den Zimmern direkt neben unserem Zimmer welche quietschte und gefühlt alle 10 min zugeknallt wurde. Aufenthalt dort ist nicht zu empfehlen.
