Very satisfied! The clean and tidy ten-person room is not crowded, and it also has a bathroom. The bathroom is very large, but the bath water is not very hot, and the hand washing water is very hot. I don't know why.

It cannot be believed my credit card information has been stolen from them...
It is the first time my credit card is fraud.
I already paid via Trip.com, but they still WROTE DOWN my credit card information.
I don't understand why they wrote down all credit card information like credit card number, expiring date, security code and name instead of making the deposit payment.
Now I understand it, they just steal your information and fraud it!
I only provided this credit card information for them. I used other credit cards or Apple Pay in other places, the credit card information could not be stolen from others.
And my credit card bank notified that my credit card is fraud in Bulgaria a week later...
Suggestion: Please stop stealing credit cards issued in the US, you cannot steal a penny from them.
Meanwhile, the first bed gave me is very the dirty bed, I changed another one, but it is still not good.
I only stayed 7 hours there and slept very bad!
Horrible experience overall.

Took my money (I don't have much), and turfed me out, after having been left to wait in the lobby for 2 hours to be seen by someone, and forgotten about.
I've never stopped in a hostel before, but highly recommend not staying with these scammers.

This was a Halloween experience to remember! We were first greeted at reception by the Safestays team who provided us with a few needed refreshments after our long journey. They then carried our bags to the penthouse suite. For handiness the locks on our doors were deactivated, and we were provided with 24hr security instead. We thought the bidet on the wall instead of a shower was a nice touch, and one of our party found the bath extremely comfortable to sleep in. Recommend the steak and eggs for breakfast, excellent! All in all a thoroughly delightful stay, and we will definitely be back providing we get good news with our pending health check. Many thanks The Duke and Co

The hostel was nice and my room (room for 4) was very clean and comfortable.
Something to keep in mind is that Glasgow is in a hill and the hostel is in the bottom of one side of the hill and the city center in Im the bottom of the other side… so you have to go up and down the hill a lot.
I didn’t like the charges for some services like bag storage is you arrive early and just want to drop your bag. Also for towels you have to pay a lot, it was way cheaper to go to a shop and buy one like i did.
Many was amazing !!!!!
