This was one of the best ever experiences I had in my 20 year long travel and stays. Especially I would like to mention this girl on reception the day we checked in, was excellent and exceptional. This hotel is no less than 5 star. I will recommend to everyone plz do try once and you will see it for yourself

It's close to Queen's Park and country parks. It's ok to know about local life, but unfortunately I didn't go there.
The room is often gray and small, so the price/performance ratio is not high

The hotel is easy to get to as it is very close to Crosshill train station. Overall the hotel was clean and the staff were friendly but I did have a few problems with my room. I discovered a leak in the ceiling which was dripping down the wall. Then the bathroom blind fell off of the wall. Both of these problems were checked out and the bathroom blind was fixed promptly by a very friendly member of staff. I had a burger at the restaurant/bar and it was very tasty but the staff member there seemed disinterested - the football was on so this might have added to it. Were there to be any negatives it would be that the room was a bit run down - especially the shower that was very old and had limescale on the plastic head. The positives are that it is really conveniently placed and the reception staff are friendly and helpful.

Location to Hampden and Queen’s Park. The room was small but clean and modern.
Hotel does have a large outdoor area and does weddings so there was music and people around until late. Take some ear plugs

Worst hotel experience in a long long time. Start to finish. Unhelpful and unfriendly reception with completely clueless staff. 4 star hotel with no water in the rooms. Can't reach the windows so very hot and stuffy. Any noise made anywhere in another room and you can hear absolutely everything.

Had the economy room, tiny but clean and cosy. Comfortable bed and had a good sleep. The hotel is clearly not a 4 star in any way. No bottled water in the room but charging £3.25 at the bar feels like contempt for guests. No food except crisps after 10pm. Stayed here as I was at football match at nearby Hampden but would look at other options if booking again.

Nice hotel but overpriced. Higher prices = higher expectations. Left feeling indifferent which was a shame as it is a lovely hotel. Food was good but service could have been, we expected better.
