The room was spacious and clean. Bathroom facilities were very good. Bed was firm but comfortable. Heating in room was very effective. Location great to walk to major city attractions, directly across from Botanical Gardens. Breakfast was adequate. No fridge in room.

The room was very spacious and The bed was big. There was not many people working but they all worked very hard and they helped us with everything we needed. Special mention Liz, she was very kind and polite, and she worked very hard and solved our problems with kindness and proffessionality. The breakfast was very complete and delicious. Good experience overall.

Very nice hotel and excellent location. Vross the street and you're in the Botanic Gardens. Byers Road is maximim five minute walk. Single room is small but has what you need. Comfy bed. The tv is on the wall and is really too small to watch comfortably as you can only sit on the bed or at the desk, quite far from the tv. Off-street parking is limited, and getting to it, and back out, is not for the faint of heart. You drive along a NARROW alley, barely wide enough for one car, and turning to exit again can be challenging. There is street parking. Buy a voucher from the hotel. Nice breakfast available for a fee. All the staff with whim I interacted were very friendly and welcoming, particularly Neil and Liz.

Only 6 parking spaces and very small. Booked hotel for the parking and not guaranteed. Other parking outside restricted to 3 hrs and expensive.
Also, not hot water in sink.

Quite simply great location with the Botanical Gardens at the door, friendly staff who made sure we had everything needed and great apartment twin room with decent WiFi. Lot's of space at rear for parking the motor. Breakfast range good too! Subway metro is just a short walk away too.

Warm welcome when we checked in. Comfortable room with all you need for an overnight stay. We didn’t have breakfast but it smelt delicious. Parking available round the back of the hotel. Ok for smaller cars but estates a bit more of a squeeze. Close to Oran Mor pub/restaurant/theatre.
