Take note: All rooms named standard queen room are without windows regardless labelled with or without window. False advertisement on trip.com. Very clean and comfortable stay. Was attended by Julie when checking in, she was very helpful and was able to address our concerns about airport transfers and luggage storage. Water pressure was good too. The only downside is the centralized air conditioning which can’t be controlled or switched off. It was too cold in my room and too warm in my parents’ room. Location was good too, about 10-15 mins walk to central station.

Location was good and sheets were clean but bathroom could have been cleaner. The main foyer and overall aesthetic of the hotel is very bland and cheap. It was fine as a place to sleep for one night but not a hotel I would want to spend a lot of time in.

If you're in Sydney for The Swinging Cat World Championships, this is NOT the hotel for you. Tiny (but clean and modern) rooms. The hotel exists to try and deliver a bit of value to cheapskate tourists like myself. You're right on Broadway (not to be confused with actual NYC Broadway btw (whose photos are somewhat wankily plastered all over the lobby)), so there's no excuses for not walking everywhere; and Julie on front desk may not be able to get you a bigger room but may find you one with a window (!) as she runs the place with a friendly, but ruthlessly matter-of-fact demeanour that brings to mind the (often hidden) intended benign benefits of authoritarian Facism (not that I'm a fan, mind). She's also there literally ALL the time to the point that she may in fact be an unthreatening-AI-robotic-beta concept-receptionist. You're not going to like it...but then again, you probably know that already...aaand, it's certainly better than a hostel.

The facilities and location aren't bad, but I had a hard time using the card key. But considering the price, the small price is acceptable. But I have to make money and go to the central Darling Harbor.

Very clean and well equipped, The location is convenient, with restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Near University of Sydney very satisfied

1. First of all, parking is shared with the supermarket in another building (very close). If you stay overnight, the parking fee is 45 Australian dollars. The usual entry and exit is charged according to the supermarket parking fee. 2. The breakfast is not the kind of self-service, just a box with biscuits, orange juice, and milk. You can drink coffee on the first floor. 3. The sound insulation can be said to be 0, whether it is the corridor or the next door, it is directly **. 4. The most unsolvable thing is that the alarm sounded in the early morning. I ran down and asked the front desk. It was okay. It seemed that it was a false alarm. It was half a mess. 5. The location is OK, the service attitude of the front desk is OK, it is close to the exhibition hall, and everything else is OK.

The room is okay, just small, not as good as in China. The furniture is relatively basic. The hygiene is okay. There is a hot water kettle. I like this👍. The breakfast is very Western-style, except for bread or bread and milk.

The location is good, especially for those who attend the graduation ceremony of the University of Sydney. There are many restaurants around, especially Chinese restaurants, as well as barber shops, supermarkets, flower shops, banks, etc. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the University of Sydney. If you want to travel, the transportation is also OK, there are buses nearby. The room facilities are also OK.

The AUD 100 deposit does not accept cash, only credit cards. It is said that the refund of the deposit will be completed 8-10 days after check-out. I don’t know how?
