We are also pleased to hear your experience with all staff was positive and they ensured an effortless stay. We do however apologise that the road noise disrupted your stay and overall experience. Our apartments facing the main road are double glazed to minimise this as much as possible, however we do understand this is not suitable for all. We have made a note for your future stays that a room facing away from the main road is preferred and will endeavour to allocate accordingly. We are however disappointed to hear there were some inconsistencies with the apartment cleanliness and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We have since discussed your feedback with the team and will ensure moving forward that areas are not being missed when servicing the apartment. We are also sorry to hear your sleep was disrupted by the road noise and for the impact this had on your experience. All our front facing apartments have double glazing that we have found minimise the road noise significantly, however we recognise that these apartments may not be suitable for all our guests, therefore we have noted that you would prefer a quiet allocation in future and will endeavour to allocate accordingly.
