The best value for money, especially if you are going to Universal Studios. This is a mom-and-pop shop run by a Japanese aunt in Hong Kong. It has a very large space and a safe environment. There is a supermarket within a 3-minute walk. It takes 18 minutes to drive to Universal Studios and 35 minutes to Hollywood. It is also very clean!

There is a separate and enclosed yard that seems safe enough and there is ample parking. The environment is relatively quiet, there are several fast food restaurants within a 5-minute drive, and there are many dining options within a 10-minute drive. The room is relatively spacious and has complete facilities. A small problem is that the air conditioner is relatively noisy (although it can be used without it if the temperature is suitable at night)

The hotel is convenient and clean, easy to check in and relatively new. The host was welcoming and helped to inflate the car tires early the next morning. I am very grateful for this accommodation experience.
