Good location with convenient transportation. Breakfast is good too.

Everything was on self service because it was labour protest during that period so no staff was there for room service. Luckily the protest was started in the morning not midnight, at least we had a good sleep. The room was spacious than what I expected and with mountain view. Able to see sunset and sunrise. Parking is available but need to pay $24 per day.

Quiet location but easy to get into downtown LA and Hollywood. A bit dated but no complaints besides having to pay for parking

Hotel was located in the CBD area , quiet and safe. Would need a car to drive out to places of interest . Room was clean and spacious expect there was no bathroom slippers provided which is quite unusual for a 5 star hotel . Otherwise it was a good experience staying there , would recommend !

The hotel is located in town near Americana Mall. Lobby is big . The room size is ok. The mattress and pillows are very comfortable.

It was a nice hotel, I would say it is more geared towards business travel, but my partner and I had a great time regardless.

Great experience! Clean hotel and nice location in a great area that’s near some good food spots. We were in town for Horror Nights at Universal Studios and this hotel was a great distance away — away from the hustle and bustle but still near shops and restaurants. Def would stay here again!

This location is ideal if you have a car however less so without your own vehicle. Was a great stay for a couple nights.

We came to town from Vegas for a concert and after staying in a couple of really dump hotels and hit-or-miss AirBnBs, I said, "No way I'm talking any chances with this trip!" I just knew that I would get a good night's rest at a Hilton and it wasn't THAT much more expensive than the other hotels! Thank God! It was an amazing stay!! The beds were SOOOO clean and comfortable! All the staff were SO kind and helpful!!

Not as good as the 1k price range in China, just a name for nothing: outdated facilities, a discarded contact lens on the bathroom floor when checking in, refrigerator buzzing in the middle of the night, woke up by the sound of the vacuum cleaner outside in the morning, waited for 3 shifts to get the elevator downstairs in the morning and it was so slow Not to mention when checking in, there was a group of people protesting loudly in the hotel lobby, the front desk looked disgusted and helpless but didn't dare to chase people away and would rather offend customers Jiecheng's service is even worse: free room upgrade is just lip service to keep people, it takes more than 1 hour from SMS notification of successful booking to information being found in the hotel system to check in for non-cancellable reservations, waiting in the lobby in the meantime, sending a housekeeper to waste time, and finally giving them 200 compensation and sending them away with "we attach great importance to customer experience" It was a really humorous accommodation experience
