Well located hotel, easy to find street parking for free, and the staff were all incredibly nice, especially the gentleman on late night check in when we arrived. The room was basic, but fine- only small issue is there were ants in the bathroom. The staff were helpful about sending someone to clean the room, but it didn't have a massive impact. Overall, good hotel at an excellent price point to explore the city easily.

Tips for avoiding pitfalls Breakfast is coffee and hot water, and the kitchen is a sink. No one came to change the sheets for four days, and there were few furniture and facilities.

The hotel is relatively new and clean. It is located in a relatively safe community and is close to Universal Studios. The deposit was refunded after a month. There are no other major problems. It is rare to have a refrigerator and a hot water kettle, which is more convenient.

Glendale is considered a safe area in LA. It is in a relatively middle position for all attractions. The front desk staff was also very nice. If we thought the room was noisy, we were moved to another room if there was one available. The room is large, very clean, and the surrounding environment is quiet. Except for the slightly old facilities in the room, the price/performance ratio is pretty good for a hotel in Los Angeles! 😊😊

The front desk staff was kind enough to explain things well, but it was disappointing that the hotel itself felt old. It was nice that there were many fast food restaurants nearby when traveling by car.

The location is good and safe. There is no problem in the citywalk. I didn't see homeless. It is a long way from the center of Glendale. Taking an Uber costs about ten yuan. The hygiene is average. The hotel occasionally smells like **. You have to take the initiative to find the front desk. Customer service will be provided only upon request. Ice and water are provided at the front desk. The price is cheap. You can’t ask for more.
