no staff on sites, check in 7/24 by ourselves. And location is excellent. And just few minutes to jetty road very busy area.

No reception or front counter. To get in is is similar to booking cases at the airport with a computer system at the front door. Had a problem with the operation (probably me) and no sense out of the first phone call for help but no worries with the second call to another number. The place is looking a bit tired in the hall ways however painters are working out side so maybe going to do the interior. The room was good size being an older place, bathroom new and modern, overall a nice room with usual facilities, a look out over the city. 10th floor. Would go back again in the future.

Considering the age of the building, our room was freshly painted and was very clean. Great views too, from rhe 9 th floor

Charged for mini bar. Wouldn’t mind if I used it wasn’t overpriced. Hard to get any answers from staff and still waiting on callback.

Probably would not stay again thought it was a sea view no reception and believed that i was on a higher floor. Most of these things where not explained on booking

Issues with a big group checking in electronically ahead of us, was annoying inconvenient and very public. Passing road traffic, planes overhead meant zero privacy and extreme difficulty for anyone to understand instructions from operator on speaker phone.
