Hotel Arthur

I checked in on June 24th 2024, for just one night. When I first got in the room it seemed clean and did not have a musty smell like some hotels. After getting into bed and reading for a bit I turned over to turn the light out and saw something out of the corner of my eye on the pillow that was moving. I jumped up only to find BED BUGS crawling all over the pillow. I quickly took a video, got dressed and took it to the front desk. I showed it to the guy that was on staff that night and his words to me were "Oh, that not good". He told me he could switch me to another room. I said "if there are BED BUGS in that room than they are in every room to which he replied " Oh not ever room has them"! I asked for a full refund and he gave it to me. I got out of there as fast as I could. So gross!

Stayed here on a road trip - arrived at 10pm and left at 7.30am. The room was large and seemed clean. The shower worked fine. Beyond that, not much that I could say that's complimentary. It was a place to sleep, and in the morning there was coffee and a muffin available for breakfast.

Just needed somewhere to crash after a wedding. Was not expecting much but it was much worse than expected. Walked in to our king size room to also find a fully made up hospital bed too...disturbing. Grabbed a towel after showering only to find it extremely dirty. Used hand towel to dry off with then was greeted by a huge spider by the bed. Room keys weren't working and staff had to let us in room with master key. Never again
