Very good hotel, very close to the hot springs. Parking and pets are free, and breakfast is good. The next day I woke up and it was snowing.

Nice staff and great biscuits and gravy at breakfast. Comfortable bed in a nice and spacious room. Only issue for me was that the hot tub was not available and I wasn’t aware until we arrived. I book hotels with hot tubs intentionally so that annoyed me. However, they had made an arrangement with the hotel next door for us to use their pool/tub. I appreciated their effort to make it right.

Terrible experience with he hotel and the manager, Derrick Mauro. We informed the staff we did not want to stay the second night we had booked due to the conditions of the hotel, we were told that would be fine. We later discovered Mr. Mauro refused to authorize credit for the night we didn't stay. He said his staff had "no authority" to break his policy. Therefore, because they had no authority he would not refund the cost. Horrible hotel and horrible management.
