I stayed at this Courtyard this past weekend. The hotel is showing signs of wear. Bleach marks over the toilet wall, scratched mirrors. Low water pressure in the shower and the sink. Water coming out of the sink was at a trickle. I paid over $250 a night. (And Im a silver member.) You cant get a cup of coffee until 7am and have to pay for a watered down cup of Starbucks. Theyve closed the Bistro so no breakfast and no wine or beer for purchase. These hotels are using covid as an excuse for poor service and amenities. The desk personnel were very nice in all cases. But they really dont have to do anything but stand there. This has been going on for over 2 years. Im only staying in these hotels when I have to. Its no longer a pleasurable experience not to mention the truly outrage prices.

The room is large, clean and tidy, with a sense of design; like a car hotel, the car can park at the door of the room, and the license plate needs to be registered; the old staff who received us are friendly; but the back door cannot be opened, and you cannot sit on the preset balcony stool to enjoy the sun. Breakfast has no meat and no eggs.

I needed a local room for the night and did not want to spend a ton of money but I did want it to be clean AND smoke free! The first thing that hit me was the smell of smoke- I asked if my room was smoke free & was told by Donna (the woman who checked me in) that it was an entirely smoke free building! I don’t want to call Donna a liar but the smell of pot (I have no issue with this just stating it) was heavy in the elevator the entire time!
No It was clean and although the breakfast left a lot to be desired (not much can be done during the pandemic) so I understood. Nice place but not sure I would stay here again.. there are plenty of other places in the area.

Very nice hotel. Looks like it was recently completely done over. Very nice. Room was super clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was included. It was served by staff because of covid restrictions. It was your average hotel fair. Waffles, eggs, biscuit, gravy, cereal, yogurt, etc. The hotel is along a main road which could be a bit noisy. Rooms on the back would probably be quieter. Easy to get to from the south. A little more challenging from the north because it is on one side of a divided roadway. If we were ever in the area again, I would certainly stay here.

GGuest UserWe arrived about 10pm. The lobby seemed fine but we did notice folks with pets. I'm sure if you have a pet or pets, you look for pet-friendly hotels but we do not have them and were not expecting that. I think it should be more obvious when booking a room at the hotel as I have allergies. Our room was clean. The first thing I do is look in the bathroom and even before I turned on the light, I could see the shower floor was dirty like it hadn't been cleaned. The tissue holder had not been cleaned. The top of the toilet seat was not clean. We also had some sort of splattering on the wall around the toilet which should have been cleaned. A cleaning person could not miss it. If a small bathroom can't be thoroughly clean, it makes me question the rest of the room and hotel. For $200, I expect much more and would not recommend this hotel. (On a positive note, the front lobby staff and the breakfast staff was friendly).

I've been back to this hotel a couple of times since my initial review and the service just keeps going down hill. The reason why I'm giving this a one star rating is because of my most recent experience. I work with Hospitals and like to go back to the room get showered, changed and then go home. As a Titanium Elite member most hotels offer a 4pm check out. I asked for a late checkout and was told I could have a 2:30pm check out. When I got back from working at the hospital at 2:15pm I was told that I checked out of the hotel. When I inquired who checked me out I was told that housekeeping checked me out hours earlier. Apparently they went into my room even though I had a do not disturb sign on my door saw that the room was empty and decided to check me out. In what universe does housekeeping check guests out of hotels????? When I argued that I had a late check out and how could this happen I was asked what I needed to go back into my room for. Excuse me, is that any of your business? I was given a late checkout!!! Service at this hotel is not great. Food at the bistro is really fallen down hill since Miguel left. Won't be staying at this hotel again!

TTour09258068710I just left after a 4 night stay at this Holiday Inn and Suites. I do not have one negative comment to make. I stayed in a king room with a walk in shower. The shower enclosure has a metal lip at the bottom so if u need a wheel in shower I would check. First the hotel appears to be very well maintained and very clean. My room furniture was all in very good condition. My bed was straightened daily and I received fresh towels daily, something a lot of hotels do not do anymore. The body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion are all in bottles on the wall. My room was just off the lobby and was very quiet. There is an indoor pool I did not use, but it appeared in good shape. The breakfast which is included in ur room price was surprisingly good. Make ur own pancakes, 2 types of sausage or a bacon and sausage. Premade omelets and scrambled eggs, yogurt, a few cereals. Enough to get ur day started. The room clerks were all polite and professional. I did think the room was a little pricey for the area, but it is much better rated than other area hotels.
