The room was more than I expected I wish I could rate more. The standard is top notch and value for money

Staff were great. I had to ask for a clean cup as the ones in my room looked like they hadn't been washed properly. The tray which the tea and coffee was dusty. I think that the bedrooms could possibly do with a bit of make over. But other than that everything was ok.

Due to some reason i can not come to live there, I call twice at the hotel for refund or change the guest name as I already paid full amount. The receptionist said, our manager will call you but it's almost 5 days we did not get any call. you do not care about guests. You just need money.

A pleasant experience
First impression was a very friendly greeting and a cheery disposition from Elini (sp) on reception.
The hotel appears to have been redecorated recently (Nov 2024) and everything in good order.
The room was compact but comfortable, with the basic amenities, it boasted a television with subscription channels and of course the hot drinks tray.
I was very happy with my stay and I will definitely consider using this place when I'm back in Quedgeley next January.

The price was very reasonable. The location, near to motorway was excellent but i stayed in a room which needed its painting to be finished. The shower door was stiff. However the young lady on reception in the morning was delightful and very helpful.
