Comfortable-ish, but will not return. This is a rental flat apartment complex near Wilanow. It’s far from the city center, can be done with public transportation (bus stop a few steps away) in ~ 40-60 minutes, or with a taxi in 15-30 minutes. There is a Zabka a few minutes walk away but nothing else nearby. On the plus, the surroundings are quiet. My flat (“premium”) was reasonably sized (not large), had a double bed, wardrobe, nice bath (with washing machine – think only the premium flats have these) and a kitchenette – double hob, sink, small fridge (no freezer…) and a microwave. No oven. Lighting was nice and bright, bit of a lack of natural light (inexplicably small and high window in kitchenette). Set out a bit like a studio flat. Enough storage space, wifi worked fine. The furnishings are mid-level Ikea quality, which is a shame – could be much nicer. Maintenance could be better – door lock was dodgy, curtains did not fully close. The real problem is no soundproofing. There was only a regular door separating my flat and the one next door – could hear their conversations as though they were in my flat. Noise travels easily from the flat above – an insomniac in the flat above decided to move all the furniture around at 11pm every night…. In fairness, the price was low so this does represent fair VFM. However, next time I’ll stick to the city center – with a hotel that has decent soundproofing. If you do go – get an upper-floor room.

Communion 2020 at Hotel LORD. Food OK, room decor OK. However, despite the previous setting with the hotel manager, the menu was given a cheaper salad from the set, although the menu was bought more expensive. In addition, the party handler gave the children the wrong soup that was set before (only after paying attention the rest of the children brought the right soup). In the middle of the reception the handler approached the guests without a mask!!!! After the party was finished, a parking lot was counted different than the amount it was fixed for cars (I tried to explain it in the reception but you said you didn't know what time the cars arrived, Although the parking ticket is charged at the entrance, I cannot count as much as the parking rate was fixed in the reception agreement (I will add that the parking rate was daily rather than hourly .....) Another minus - for alcohol fees. With you the event manager, the amounts for the alcohol received were fixed, and the manager also started to count bottles of wine without alcohol (which I had previously fixed with you the manager as free of charge) And when I pointed to the manager, he said that your manager is not aware of this and should not be so determined. I, as a customer, should not care about the internal clashes of the hotel staff, it does not look professional. In conclusion - more minus than pluses. In my plans I was going to have another family party in this hotel but after the communal reception I find that there were too many derogations from the arrangements and attempts to draw me on extra costs: (It was a pity because I expected more after the 4-star hotel, at least after the service (except the cook who got a medal).

Hello. I haven't resigned for a long time, but now I've decided to resign. Hotel is excellent, to get a good deal, cleanliness everywhere, everything will script and in the room and halls, the plumbing of decent quality, everything fresh, the perina is comfortable (noisy the truth of the extract fan, works with the lighting on). Our standard room was small but for short stay is quite sufficient. The view from the window to the city yard so much, but the silence allowed to sleep with open window and the conduits were not turned on. Breakfast is very good including hot and cold dishes, coffee from the car is also decent!!! Staff on the reseption is very welcoming, without knowledge of Polish easy to talk. When next visit to Warsaw, I will not even look for anything. Thank you very much to the staff (Polski and Ukrainian). The hosts are perfect. All tourists and travelers of luck.

It is only a 5-minute drive from Lazienki Palace. The hotel has a parking lot. The single charge is slightly expensive and the parking space is very tight. After we paid, we couldn't find a seat and parked on the street outside the hotel. The facilities in the house are basically those of a convenient hotel, and diligent cleaning is an advantage.

Hotel rooms are clean and clean. However, there is no water in them where the mineral bottle seems to be a standard. There is no glass room, so only a plastic cups are available. Support in the reception with the weakest cell. You are not interested in guests chewing the second breakfast, no contact with eyesight. I stayed recently at the hotel for the timeframe of mid-march 2022, and enjoyed the food (loved the artichoke pasta dishes and the turkey club sandwich with bacon), and the hospitality. For us English speaking folks, it was very easy to communicate with the staff, both at the front desk, and with the bar / wait staff. The staff was respectful, and were willing to help you with any reasonable request. From assisting me with booking train tickets on my laptop for local trips, to scheduling COVID testing for my flight home. The staff was very friendly and considering the present environment was very generous with their time. I would go back in a heartbeat, as it is close to a local grocery store, their rooms have a large safe, easy to accommodate a laptop, and a small refrigerator. The rooms are relatively sound proof, so if you are mostly active at night vs. the day sleeping during daylight hours this is not an issue. If you do go to the local grocery store, just a reminder, you need to bring your own bags, and you have bag all the items your self, not typically something you see in the US. Everyone in the area walks everywhere, so there are distinct walking paths vs. bicycling paths, and all pedestrians have the right of way in the cross walks. That being said, situational awareness is key, as vehicle speeding signs are mostly a suggestion rather than the rule. Folks park on the sidewalks, as no one parks on the street. Almost no one except for tourists walk with their phones out, as locals keep a good eye on vehicles and fellow pedestrians. Overall I would like to thank the staff for the generosity, and help with some of the simple tasks that I found challenging due to the language barrier, overall making my trip a success.
