Decepcionante a experiência, logo ao entrar no quarto surpresa de identificar o local ainda sem limpeza e roupa de cama sem ser trocada do último hóspede, o cartão fornecido constantemente desprogramava e não abria a porta, uma infiltração no corredor do quarto que alagou o carpete, recepção com um único atendente o que ocasionou filas. Enfim hotel precisa melhorar muito.

Muito bom acesso ao hotel, tendo uma ótima acomodação com muito espaçosa, tudo perfeito sendo muito limpo, organizado, cama grande, boa e macia, roupas de cama com travesseiros impecáveis, possui um café da manhã ótimo e atendimento especial.

O quarto no geral é ótimo! Cama grande, ótimos travesseiros! Banheiro e chuveiro ótimos! Mas no quarto não tinha coberta e quando solicitado veio uma manta de microfibra muito simples. A piscina não estava aquecida e pega sombra grande parte da tarde.

Me agrada em particular a localização. Região tranquila agradável e próxima à BR 060. Uma observação wue pode parecer irrelevante mas creio que não. O papel higiênico é de péssima qualidade. Creio que isso nem é mai9s econômico, pois temos que gastar o dobro de papel, além da insatisfação

Hotel com boa estrutura e excelente funcionários. Café da manhã com fica um pouco a deseja, poderia haver mais opções. No mais, não há do que pontuar sobre o hotel. Uma excelente opção de escolha pela localização pra quem necessita ficar no bairro.
