We were celebrating a special occasion,attend a concert in Denver, Red Rock and a Coors tour. It was the best decision and we had a wonderful stay. The location is great. You can walk into the town of Golden, there are walking trails right out the door. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the cappuccino/coffee bar on the floor. The Eddy didn’t disappoint, that’s for sure. Look forward to returning in the near future.

Corey made me a delicious meal at the food truck the other day, and he provided stellar customer service. Corey’s the best, he went above and beyond to make sure my friends and I were well taken care of. I was very impressed with the quality of both the food cooked and their attention to detail at The Eddy Taproom & Hotel. This place is worth the stay. Right on the front range, close to Red Rocks and a number of great ski resorts. ~＞＞

My family stayed at The Eddy when we drove up from Texas to go to a concert at Red Rocks Amphitheater. The hotel is in a lovely and convenient location in Golden, with easy access to the concert venue as well as Denver restaurants. Our room had 2 queen beds and 2 twin bunks, a seating area with a sofa, and a small dining table. It was quite roomy and very clean. We enjoyed the free breakfast in the morning, but did not dine in the restaurant. We were usually able to park right near the front door or just a short walk away. All the staff were friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this great boutique hotel for anyone whose travels take them to the Golden, CO area.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The complementary breakfast and the restaurant exceeded expectations. We stayed here to see a concert at Red Rocks. It was a quick, easy drive. The town of Golden is a short walk or bike ride away. Would definitely stay here again.

Although a bit pricier, the Eddy Taproom & Hotel is a wonderful place to stay. Walking paths accessible from hotel. Rooms are excellent and bathrooms outstanding. The outdoor areas have a few games and a fire-pit. On the top floor, there are 2 patios with gas-fired pits for your enjoyment. Breakfast is good. Only other thing we ate here was a pretzel - okay but we’ve had much better. It’s huge but it’s also $15 - not sure I’d recommend. We stayed here for a concert at Red Rocks amphitheater. There is a shuttle service that you can purchase. Expensive at $100 per person, but believe me, well worth it! I recommend staying here.

The EDDY swirls casual, outdoorsy Colorado with gracious quality extras. The public areas: Taproom, Food Truck, games on patio, rooftop patios allow one to mingle with other guests or the locals who've come in from the neighborhood or off the adjacent trails. (more about the trails in a sec). It is so welcoming and relaxing...guaranteed to meet interesting people or just enjoy the service and your own company! The trails branch from this area to allow you to have a quick (safe) solo run after travel or find a bit more adventure using this as your starting point. Options for multiple days! And lots of dogs to pet along the way! The front desk was helpful on recommending a trail for the time frame & fitness you need to accommodate. The rooms are beautifully appointed, unpretentious and surprisingly quiet. We didn't lack for anything. Several notches up from a typical, in-room personal coffee maker was the beverage station with Lavazza barista machine on each floor! Water and nugget ice maker to fill our flasks alongside great coffee really aided us staying hydrated and happy in elevation! Breakfast was also full of healthy and nourishing options that tasted great and would fit most anyone's food preferences! Overnight oats, Breakfast burritos, baked omelets, real yogurt, fruit & many other options let us fuel up for the day's hike. Again, with friendly and attentive service. Golden has a really unique hotel in The EDDY. We loved our stay and only wished we were lingering longer, to use the available bikes, explore the area further and enjoy another meal/brew on the patio! Highly recommend to other couples or groups of friends traveling to, or through, the area!

Clean, quiet and modern.

The property is stunning! Everything is high end, fresh, well kept. What was described as a "Grab and Go" breakfast was a delicious offering of fresh and delicious choices including breakfast burritos, pastries, yogurt, cereals & juices. We enjoyed borrowing their bikes and exploring the trails surrounding the hotel. Literally the only downside was the less than friendly staff. With the exception of one incredibly friendly and helpful woman who checked us in, we were met with blank stares and indifference, which was a surprise given how much care had obviously been placed in every other aspect of the hotel. At breakfast, despite being the only two people standing at the bar and there being two staff members behind the bar, we were not greeted or offered help. The same went for borrowing the bikes - there was a staff member standing at the desk watching us look at the bikes and discuss how we might go about borrowing them, but she never offered help and when we asked her directly she seemed bothered to have to help us. As we were leaving, our hands full of bags and two staff members at the desk with no guests around, they did not say goodbye or thank you or offer to get the door. We loved the property but the staff puts off a very unwelcoming vibe. *with the exception of the one we encountered upon check in, who deserves recognition for how wonderful she was* I'd love to visit this hotel again, I just hope they've brushed up on their hospitality before we return.

Beautiful Hotel, and the taproom was an awesome spot to hangout after a long day in the mountains.
