We specifically chose a hotel with an animation team, and I’m thrilled to say that they didn’t disappoint - they actually exceeded our expectations in the best way possible. Such good coordination, energy and personalities from Yasen, Ilies, Mattéo, Erika, Stefi, Toni and Lili. Not only were they good together, but also individually. They each did what they were best at. They were also very interactive with the guests, no matter age, race, gender etc. which is so important and brings out the best in people. Furthermore, the bartenders by the pool bar; Anelia, Bojana and Ani were so sweet, Gabriela and Petar in the reception were very helpful when we wanted to change our room to a concept room, even though it seemed impossible at the time. Adrean from guest relations was such a professional and made reservations very easy for us. The pools, food, beach etc. were also nice. With that being said, those are things you can find a lot of places, but the animation team and great people you can’t find everywhere. Especially as a whole unit. I like to change my location every time I travel, but I’d come back to Grifid Hotel Vistamar for the animation team. I vote for giving them a raise. Thank you so much for the great experience.

We had a wonderful stay at Grifid Vistamar. The room and the location were great. The whole staff in the reception, pool, restaurant and the bars were so nice. The absolutely best part of our stay was the fantastic animation team. Erika, Ilies, Lili, Matteo, Stefi, Toni and Yasen made our vacation amazing. Each member of the team made us feel good and have so much fun.

We had a great time at Grifid Vistamar Hotel with our family. From the beginning the Guest Relations Manager (Adrian) and Reception team ( Nely) were very accommodating with our family room request, establishing a great connection ever since. The hotel is well maintained, clean and updated public areas, lobby as well as recreational spaces including Pool and Beach. The culinary experience overall was satisfactory, although in seafood and fish being a sea side restaurant it was below par. Breakfast was quite abundant with many options, with an excellent bakery. A la carte Asian Restaurant was very good, with great service and food. Disappointing Italian al fresco dining, mediocre food and sloppy service. The highlight of our stay, which made a memorable vacation, it was the OUTSTANDING ANIMATION TEAM! Stefi, Yasen, Lili, Erika, Matteo, Illies and Tony, an incredible team and individuals with genuine care for guests, they made my family and I enjoyed an unique vacation experience. Ein Paradies mit atemberaubendem Blick auf das Meer Ich hatte das Vergnügen, im Grifid Vistamar zu übernachten, und ich muss sagen, dass meine Erfahrung dort einfach fantastisch war. Von dem Moment an, als ich das Hotel betrat, fühlte ich mich wie in einem Paradies. Die Lobby war modern und einladend gestaltet, und das Personal begrüßte mich mit einem herzlichen Lächeln. Mein Zimmer im Grifid Vistamar war geräumig, elegant eingerichtet und bot einen atemberaubenden Blick auf das Meer. Jeden Morgen wachte ich mit einem Gefühl der Ruhe und der Schönheit auf, wenn ich aus dem Fenster schaute. Das Hotelpersonal war äußerst aufmerksam und serviceorientiert. Sie gingen stets auf meine Wünsche ein und gaben mir wertvolle Tipps für Unternehmungen in der Umgebung. Das gastronomische Angebot war ebenfalls erstklassig. Die Vielfalt und Qualität der Speisen ließen keine Wünsche offen.

Thanks a lot for an excellent service and warm atmosphere of your hotel! Clean, great modern interior, just amazing dishes, you get where you want with your drinks taken from bars with any bans. The OUTSTANDING ANIMATION TEAM! Stefi, Yasen, Lili, Erika, Matteo, Illies and Tony-an incredible team and friendly individuals who we have made friends with us just overnight! They are capable of endless creativity and flexible to all our suggestions as how to spend our time in a great way! We had meals in their company which was awesome! I highly recommend this hotel to my friends. The only wish from me and my husband would be to have discos after evening shows. The ones we had with animation guys were too short.

The room is great, a lot of place, we could see the sea. The restaurant is overhelming. Everybody is helpful, friendly and always smiling (Hristo, Asen etc.). The beach is very close and impressive. There are lots of places to eat, drink and have fun.

This hotell had it all. All from good food, different restaurants in the evenings, good drinks, nice and big rooms, clean pool, and the best of all was the service. Especially the animation team. They made our stay so much better than we expected. Special thanks to the guys: Ilies, Yasen, Matteo and Antoan. Will definitly come back and strongly recomend.

A very pleasant all-inclusive stay at Grifid Vistamar! Food. The buffet was great with plenty of variety. In-house cafe was a pleasant surprise, and the baristas made yummy frappes and other coffee-based drinks. Housekeeping. Housekeeping staff created a family atmosphere and were very helpful. Animation. Animation team were off the charts! Great energy and a nice activity selection. Thanks Steffy, Matteo, Ilyas and others! Reception. The staff at the reception were always ready to answer any questions + made a late check-in process super smooth. They were also very accommodating to those of us who had to checkout half a day before our flight home. There’s a luggage storage room and we were allowed to keep enjoying the all-inclusive package even after checking out which we really appreciated. Thank you so much! Areas to improve. I rated the hotel 4/5 because some of the amenities were not up to the 4-5 star rating of the hotel. Indoor pool was not clean (hair in the pool and other stuff at the bottom too) & the space smelled of cigarette smoke (perhaps the AC picks up “fresh” air from somewhere close to a smoking area). Same thing with the fitness room, and some of the (limited) equipment was out of order. Additionally, the hotel room did not come with any mini-toiletries which is standard in most other hotels above 3*. Finally, it would be nice for those not staying in concept rooms be able to gain one time access to the infinity pool by paying a fee.

Lovely hotel, everything was perfect, nice clean room, great beach and tasty food. Staff is very friendly, disco, mini disco, live music, 24h drinks, sweets, good coffee. Good booking prices in this time of the year, second time here and we will be back soon.
