SH Dolce Vita- All Inclusive - Free Aquapark & Beach & Beach Bar

Добрый день, отдыхали с 9 августа по 16 августа. Понравилось: 1. Территория; 2. Место расположение; 3. Снек бар, Греческий а ля карте - очень вкусно. 4. Наличие горок. 5. Вид из окна. 6. Хорошая анимация, очень стараются и весело. Не понравилось: 1. Грязь- в номере, в главном ресторане, лежаки у моря у бассейна. В туалете муравьи. За неделю 2 раза номер забыли убрать, сами воду покупали. 2. Питание в главном ресторане - за блинами очередь 30 минут, почему не поставить 2 работника. Много людей-2 миски с огурцами, 2 миски с помидорами, 2 с арбузом…. 3. Бассейны грязные, у бассейна грязно. Как дети катаются, никто не смотрит, зачем спасатели которые спят?! 4. Нет места для не курящих, потому вся гостиница должна курить , если мы не курим. Цена и качество не соответствует. Удачи!

The Dolce Vita lives off the splendor of times gone by and is now neither up to date in terms of substance nor service. Beach: In 2023 the beach will be around 2 kilometers away at the Hotel Admiral. There is a shuttle bus between 9 a.m. and 12 noon and 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. It holds around 16 people. With 720 guests you can well imagine the chaos, if not..... see pictures. Pool: Around 15 children fall on their noses on the smooth tiles every day. I personally witnessed 2 cuts IN THE WATER. Lounger capacity around 25% of occupancy. Here again chaos and alarm clocks that make you throw in the towel. Food: The food is monotonous, but OK. 2 coffee machines that don't work entirely flawlessly are far too few, as are the available seats. There are 320 restaurant seats for around 750-800 visitors. No problem, but ultimately the time window in the morning and evening is 60-80 minutes, otherwise you'll be left empty-handed either at the pool or in the event room. If you arrive late, you'll watch the children's disco standing up because there aren't enough seats outside. Children's buffet...... see pictures. Service: There are motivated employees. The assistants in particular are trying hard to get the chaos at the tables under control. All inclusive shows its full negative side here..... rarely have we seen so many overfilled waste plates. The crew at the bar and the restaurant manager were also positive. Otherwise the service is poor. Reception is manned, but facial expressions and body language are annoyed to the point of rejection. Our return flight is late and so we were asked days in advance about a late check-out. Answer: Can only be booked 24 hours in advance. 24 hours before departure then: It's not possible, you're almost fully booked and can't change the room layout at such short notice. Repeat guests told us: It used to be different and better. Corona has left deep marks here. The management was/is unable to adapt to the changed conditions and guests. They just let it "run its course". There is definitely potential for improvement, 2 additional shuttles, higher seating in front of the children's disco, use of the second restaurant, purchase of additional coffee machines. But it costs money and the majority of the guests present during our visit don't seem to care. They are used to it and the main thing is that the plates are full... even when clearing away. This is our first and last visit. You are constantly stressed about appointments, constantly jostling for seats and the long way to the beach means you are totally inflexible. Yes, sorry, I just like things to be a bit more organized and if I book 4 stars then I expect a slightly higher level of service than the mixture of outdoor pool, snack bar and youth hostel.

A hotel with great potential, but unfortunately very neglected. We were guests for 11 days in family room no. 101. Dolce Vita is a large complex. There is a shop. Cantor. Mini gym. Spa. Large spacious family rooms with a separate bedroom, bathroom and separate toilet. There was a fridge in the room, which was replenished every day with bottled water, beer and juice. A thermal bag is available in each room. Beach towels were already waiting for us in the room. The room was cleaned every day, but without any sympathy. Hotel beach with sunbeds and umbrellas in the Imperial part of the complex, which takes about 5 minutes to walk to. The hotel surroundings are quiet. Right next to the bus stop. On the first day, the room was not cleaned completely, after a shower there was a lot of hair in the drain, and there was poop in the toilet - a tragedy! The quilt in the room stank of piss. Towels were often replaced with dirty, stained and torn ones. Room 101 is the only one in the entire hotel, with a direct exit from the balcony door to the public terrace, so it was impossible to leave it open overnight. During the day, when we were in the room because our daughter was sick (food poisoning), other guests entered through the open balcony door, confusing our door with the hotel entrance. Zero comfort. My husband slept on the floor because the fold-out sofa was a disaster. Mold on the ceiling. There is often a race in the canteen. If we didn't arrive at the beginning of the meal, there was often a shortage of cutlery and food and we had to wait for a table. I came across sour vegetables several times. The meat is often hard and simply inedible. Smoking Germans in restaurants is also the norm. The ladies in the canteen were tired and could barely cope. The dishwasher, wearing wet clothes, drove around the room with a trolley, delivering clean plates. Only pizza and fruit, always on point and delicious. We went to the snack bar once, on our last day, and that was one time too many. There were raw potatoes in the chicken stew, wings smelling of old, rotten meat, the peppers on the salad bar were pickled and stinking, the tomatoes looked like children were playing sensoriplasty, the red cabbage was already dry with brown spots, and the same was true of the iceberg lettuce. Totally. After my comment, the cook took away what was inedible. But she muttered something dissatisfied under her breath, so I'm not sure that the dishes weren't back in a moment. Pools are crap. Dirty floor. Pool walls black with algae. Floating leaves and garbage are standard. The water in the children's section is simply green and dirty. Splash only works from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. No sun loungers unless you arrive at the pool before 9 a.m. Hotel guests smoking everywhere, even in the children's rooms. The hotel beach is a picture of a battle. Broken sun loungers. Falling mattresses. Umbrellas torn. A lot of garbage, pets, sanitary pads, clothes and bottle caps. Drinks from the all-inclusive offer are not allowed on the beach (even though we received such an offer). In the morning, a queue at the reception for tickets to the beach.
