The staff was absolutely amazing, patient, helpful and kind. It made our stay very enjoyable. I'd stay here before I would any other hotel if travelling to Goldsboro or passing through needing a place to rest that feels like home.

It was our wedding day and I was never told we would be charged a late check in fee and it ruined our wedding night. There’s also dead roaches in the hallway.

Our Hampton hotel stay was extremely clean with a very nice breakfast. The staff at check-in was extremely nice & pleasant!

When we arrived we received our keys. Went to the room and noticed that the bathroom had black mold on the shower wall and other places. We told hotel staff member Stacy, and she assured us that it would be taken care of...IT WAS NOT!!! We were there for 6 days, and it was never addressed even though we told her again. No one called to follow up. So disappointing. The pool was closed, and it never opened while we were there. We got compensated for that, but I really wanted to use it. The breakfast staff was accommodating , and for the most part, the breakfast was good. The room was nice, but the chaise lounge had spots on it. The light went out on the nightstand, and they never fixed it while we were there, even though we told them. I love the fact they had a mini fridge and a microwave in the room. The faucet in the tub never stopped running. Told them that, too, and it never got fixed.
