Zimmer ok. Aber das Essen unterirdisch schlecht...insbesondere wenn man kein Fleisch oder Fisch isst. Es gibt nur Fleisch oder kalte Nudeln..Auf meine höfliche Bitte um irgendwas warnes Vegetarisches ( z.b. Käseomlett) wurde mir mitgeteilt dass es ja schließlich Salat gebe....davon habe ich mich aber schon 5 Tage ernährt... Heute sind Kosovoalbaner gekommen.. Plötzlich gibt es eine Auswahl beim Buffet. Das gab es die letzten Tage nicht. Deutsche sind also Kunden zweiter Klasse. Apropos Kosovoalbaner: Wenn ihr üble Essmanieren sehen wollt dann kommt her. Die laden ihre Teller voll und lassen alles stehen...Unmengen von Essen wird weggeworfen. Ihr Argument: wir haben dafür ja bezahlt....Sowas hat die Welt noch nicht gesehen und das Hotel akzeptiert das.. Die Bediensteten sind von berufswegen nett aber mehr auch nicbt. Um das Hotel herum sieht es aus wie auf einer Müllhalde. Und nicht nur dort: gefühlt ist ganz Albanien eine Müllhalde. Fazit: geht lieber nach Spanien oder Italien. Albanien ist definitiv keine Reise wert

everything was terrible, the price was too high, the quality is not even offered at a price, the managerial staff was too rude, the food was not even eaten, everything was terrible, I do not recommend it to anyone, the drinks were all missing in the bar, it's just not worth it!!! disappointing

This hotel doesn’t have good service. We have booked all inclusive but you get tapwater and the drinks are verry cheap. The wellness pool is dirty you can,t see the floor of the pool. Also there is not much choice for the food. And never ask you if you want something to drink at the restaurant bad service. We are not coming back any more at this hotel!

Die Zimmer sind in einem katastrophalen Zustand: Der Teppich ist zerrissen, die Wände sind beschädigt und weisen mehrere Löcher auf. Zudem funktioniert die Chipkarte für die Zimmertüren nicht richtig, sodass man oft mehrfach probieren muss, bis sich die Tür öffnet. Dieses Hotel ist auf keinen Fall zu empfehlen. They are very focused on money and have absolutely no consideration for guests. It is even welcome if you leave the hotel early for known reasons. The rooms are in a terrible condition: the carpet is torn, the walls are damaged and have several holes. In addition, the chip card for the room doors does not work properly, so you often have to try several times until the door opens. This hotel is definitely not recommended.

Beautiful rooms, food, staff, and location. The buffet was set up in a way you never had to wait in line. The location made it easy for us to walk to other places if we liked. The beach side massage with my daughter is a memory I will always cherish.

I only used the spa here as we passed the ladies from the spa out on the beach doing massages. I went in and had a back neck and shoulders massage one day and a baldness massage the next. Both were excellent!! Strong ladies and a great massage I could really feel her working my muscles. I felt amazing afterwards. Desy was a fantastic masseuse I would highly recommend this hotels spa.

The hotel is located in a very suitable position. Staff from the booking department are terrible. You need to wait at the dining area for more than 15 minutes to be cross checked with the booking department before you can go in for a meal. The reception is useless and totally dependent on the booking department. There is lack of flexibility even for guests that are regular. Food is always the same. The conference rooms are on the groundfloor with lack of air and no windows. The water served in the conference room is always of room temperature, even during the hot weather. Piece of advice, dont go to this hotel. Not worth at all for organzing any event, because your reputation as organizer will be lost conpletely

Good, clean and comfortable hotel. Well appointed with plenty of seating and sun loungers. Buffet was plentiful with a good selection but although vegetables and salads were excellent, fish and meat was consistently overcooked. Odd not to have bathroom facilities on the ground floor where the restaurant, bar and reception are situated. A lot more information needs to be given about which bars were included in the all inclusive package and which were not. Similarly information about a la carte restaurants was not given.

The Premium Beach hotel is highly recommended. The room was spacious and neat. It is best to ask for a sea view if possible. Anyone expecting a hotel experience like in Spain and Turkey will of course be disappointed. The hotel is certainly well maintained and the staff is friendly and competent, but in the aforementioned countries there are simply more resources available to ensure that the accommodation and experience are truly "finished". For example, there is talk of a "wellness & fitness center": the wellness part was fine, but the gym was not. Anyone who goes to Albania without expectations will have a pleasant stay. There's just no point in comparing. Countries such as Spain, Turkey and Greece simply have years of experience in the tourism field. Although the pool is not really large, there was plenty of room on the beach. All hotels are located along a promenade where it is nice to walk in the evening. Premium Beach is located at the end of the promenade with the more modern hotels with a more international appearance and guests. As you walk further, you walk past the more "humble" hotels and the part of the beach where mainly local Albanians come to spend a day at the beach. There you will also find a number of restaurants where you can eat tasty and cheap. All-in may be a bit redundant in this country where products can still be obtained very cheaply in the many supermarkets along the promenade.
