Flower Hotel & Resort

I stayed at this hotel for only 2 hours before leaving, despite paying 120€. I encountered several issues that made my stay unbearable. One of the biggest problems was the presence of cockroaches in the kitchen, which was completely unacceptable. Additionally, there was a significant issue with the air conditioning in my room; it constantly leaked water. When I brought these problems to the manager's attention and showed him videos as evidence, he was very rude and offered no solutions. This kind of treatment is unacceptable for a hotel that claims to provide good service. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant experience

the hotel rooms are good but the food is very low level with lack of drinks and very little choice of food in the meals. The kitchen was very small. The bar of drinks was far from the kitchen where there was only one type of beer and very little choice in alcoholic beverages. The tables were empty with sets of plates and knives. The spa was very dirty inside and out, the jacuzzi didn't work and neither did the steam room. The price was very high compared to other hotels in the area. We appreciate your comments. to be positive for the coming years. For me it was the worst holiday experience.

Great stay at Flower Hotel– excellent service and atmosphere. Clean room, stunning views, wonderful pool and beachside. Our stay at Flower was an unforgettable experience; the rooms were spacious and clean, with amazing views. Loved our time and will surely visit again. The facilities and amenities were amazing – we loved the luxurious rooms and pool area with delicion meals served. Erinda the supervisor and the staff were very helpful and conveyed a very positive energy, always smiling. A truly luxurious experience and atmosphere. I would certainly recommend it

Very good hotel in Golem we stayed here with bed and breakfast option so we could try the restaurants nearby.Even ala carte restaurant at the hotel is very good.The beach is inclucluded in the price of the room.A beatiful beach bar directly in the beach .

The hotel is basic and twinned with another hotel of the same name across the road. The bedrooms were comfortable, nice bathrooms. Breakfast was average at best. The staff were kind and helpful. The swimming pools are not big and can get busy as the day moves on. There is an indoor swimming pool which also has a sauna. There is a child’s play area and tennis courts on site. As a hotel guest you have access to both hotels. We stayed bed and breakfast only but they also offer all inclusive. The hotel food and drink prices are more expensive than what’s on offer outside the hotel. There is a beach no more than 5-7 minutes walk away and there you will find many bars/restaurants along the promenade which are cheaper than the hotel prices. The hotel has its own private spot on the beach offering free use of sun-beds etc and has its own bar. The promenade gets busy and lively as the evening goes on. The sea was nice, clear and warm. The sunset is worth waiting for as it sets true along the horizon. We did not notice any other English speaking people when we visited as most tourists come from the surrounding Balkan countries. Albania is not within the EU so ehic/ghic cards will not work so ensure you get travel insurance. Also the local currency is Leke (about 80 Leke to the £) but the Euro is widely accepted (coins not but notes yes). You will have the option of paying in either currency. Not all outlets outside the hotel will accept contactless/card payments so it is worth taking euros with you, or buying Leke from the airport which you can do whilst waiting to pick up your luggage from the carousel after landing. There is a currency exchange booth next to the carousel’s exchanging GBP/US/EURO to Leke. A couple of minutes walk from the hotel is a Spar shop selling various groceries at reasonable to less than UK prices. Unless your UK mobile network allows free data roaming in Albania, I would suggest you buy a Vodafone sim from the airport when leaving the arrival hall. It costs 30euros or 2900 Leke, cash only, and you get unlimited data for 30 days. Note that the sim will only work if your handset is not locked to a network.

The Fjordi and Aurenc are the best barman's I ever seen, the best drinks and atmosphere I ever seen before They can do anything what ever you want and they do a awesome job.Everyone must check what they can do. They are really quick and accurate !!!
