Great food. Service is good. A big shout out to the ladies at the reception. Very helpful. Good rooms and view.

Best place in Lome

The gym is cramped, but there are no complaints about facilities, so it's a reasonable hotel for the price. However, the staff are overall unfriendly. And it's inconvenient if you don't speak French because you don't speak English.

Don't be fooled by nice pictures of the hotel 2 Fevrier! It is far from being a 5*, as advertised. I won't forget the night of March 31, 2024. The horrible room #714 (Just check my picture). Mold in the whole bathroom, water leaking from the shower. very old hand towel with holes, bath towel grey instead of white because dirt and badly washed..! The toilet is disgusting. the color is no longer white..! The smell in the room is awful; carpet is stained. I can go on..! But I think that you get the picture. When I complained to management. the reply is umprofessional: (Standard room!). Imagine that you pay $200 and you get that kind of service. A 5 * will offer the room for free and a voucher for next visit to keep earning your loyalty. In 2 Fevrier, top executives don't care and will refer you to other to handle your case. Complete lack of respect and careless attitude. Lies and empty promisses.

Best place to stay in Lome, a bit pricey, but provides a secure environment, clean rooms, and excellent service. I loved the wide variety at the breakfast buffet. But I was disappointed with the outdoor gardens, there were too small for my evening walks, so I just did laps around the independence monument.

The hotel has good amenities that meet international standards. That being said, the staff need some serious training.

I really love this hotel. Reception is super and hotel welcoming. I always recommend to family and friends. Each stay I come to 2 Fevrier. The hotel is so clean and even their standard rooms are really amazing. Is spacious and all amenities complete in there.

they have to improve but not many options in lome © the room you can have a nice sleep there very clean maybe lack of ammenities in lome not many options so this is the best one but there is not much options so you have to go fot ir it is located in a central area walking distance to the market like 10 min there is restaurant called maharaja like 10 min walk very good the best in too and for me the best indian food outside of india after 165 countries visited the food in the M floor the buffet is good 16000 and upstairs with a view 14500 at the moment frederic the driver of hotel very nice the staff is not friendly as international levels but togo economy could be the worse i had seen also with haiti the manager told me somethings but the staff doesnt care and dont follow orders in fact they offered me somethings to changedmy impression but being analytical could give them a 4 but instead will do a 8 out of 10 i know they cam improve the food in 27 was not as good rhe sushi with smoked salmon not good but the chef was lovely also the executice chef downstars air conditiones in the room very good the levanese room service manager very nice but not like in others hotels you get in touch with the staff pool was empty could not find a towel alsp the spa they walk around too much to print a paper waited hours between concierge and guest services in general they should move more smile more and maybe get tips ¡ arrived in benin and giving up tips to all all are working for it also in ghana i domt even compare them to bali or thailand or colombia anyway i put an 8 since i believe they will do better togo is not a touristic place

This hotel is phenomenal in some ways and ok in others. I would still 100% recommend staying here. We stayed 2 different 1 night stays during a 2 week trip through Ghana, Togo and Benin. The pros: Excellent service Very clean, spacious, gorgeous rooms. Delicious breakfast buffet. The Cons: Our first night, I lowered the AC and ended up tossing and turning. Realized when I woke up, thay the AC wasn't working. If I hadn't been so tired from a long day of travel, I probably would have noticed before falling asleep. There are 2 of us traveling, and both nights in the 2 different rooms only had 1 towel. Both times we had to call for a second towel...our reservations specifically indicated there were 2 of us. Check-in is very slow.

The hotel is very close to the border and located near the center of the independence plaza. Room and bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the top floor restaurant called Songhai. Delicious. Breakfast and lunch served at their 1st floor restaurant could be better.
