酒店服務非常周到，咳嗽兩聲入住後詢問是否需要給做薑湯喝。設施也非常好，早餐豐富。晚上入住九點前送麪，餃子，餛飩，離店送小禮品！下次來還會入住！

講真，到現在和老公都在想何德何能啊給我們升級了套房，酒店就在格爾木會議中心對面，交通方便好停車。而且服務真的，相信評論吧，沒得説，從辦理入住到退房，服務態度自始至終都很好，還有免費但不失精緻的下午茶點，從酒店往外望去，視覺效果也很不錯，小城景色盡收眼底。而且早餐是自助餐，很豐盛，基本上照顧到了不同的口味。衞生乾淨陳列整齊。而且沒想到退房的時候還有特色禮品相送。發自內心給工作人員小莉、才仁、文德點個贊，長此以往，黃河國際大酒店一定會生意長虹。

本次青甘線旅遊住的最好的酒店！早餐很豐盛 每天酒店還送了水果和乾果 晚上還有小甜品送到房間 房間有中央空調和製氧機 洗澡水也很熱 房間很大 走的時候還送了伴手禮 最後感謝小莉 才仁 文德！

酒店地理位置很好，在市中心市政府正對面，剛進酒店前台的服務就讓人有賓至如歸的感覺，前台副理小夥幫我們拿行李至房間，耐心教製氧機等設備的使用，房間乾淨寬敞整潔，床上用品很乾凈舒服，烤漆傢俱很上檔次，酒店在細節上做得很好，還送了乾果水果和夜宵，酒店大堂的對格爾木的吃喝玩樂提示第一次見這麼詳細（見照片），對初來格爾木很有用，反正軟硬件都超預期，下次如再來格爾木必住此。
