Me entregaron una habitación sucia, sin toallas ni artículos de baño, pedí que me cambiaran la sábanas y no lo hicieron, solo acomodaron las sábanas sucias. Hablé con el encargado y me dijo que no me podía resolver el problema que tenía que hablar con el gerente y que en ese momento no se encontraba en el hotel. La segunda noche intentaron abrir mi habitación cuando ya estábamos acostados y la respuesta del encargado fue que él había mandado a la persona a abrir la habitación para sacar toallas y sábanas de ahí. Muy extraña su respuesta. Como mandas abrir una habitación cuando tus huéspedes no han hecho check out.

Excelent service, nice rooms with all services, even Ice machine. Staff is well mannered and nice and the food is affordable and very good. Loved it. From the moment I stopped in I knew it would be awesome because of the way I was greeted and the nice layout of the place. I will come back.

En mi experiencia, es un hotel con el mejor servicio desde que llegas hasta que te vas, en realidad te sientes en casa. El desayuno muy delicioso, la comida a la carta exquisita. No se arrepentirán de venir a este hotel.

El personal muy atento, el buffet excelente sabor, exelente ubicación, en la zona centro de Gómez palacio, cuenta con estacionamiento, fue una estancia agradable, por lo que regresaré en un futuro si es posible.

Las instalaciones son viejísimas. Está sucio, la tele es extremadamente pequeña y además el colchón es incómodo, así como las almohadas y las sábanas de sienten muy baratas y no es de un hotel que cobra casi 2mil pesos por noche. No incluye el desayuno. Solo estuvimos una noche y nos movimos al Marriot, cobran 1000 pesos más por noche pero la diferencia es MUCHÍSIMA y con un súper desayuno incluido. La verdad nunca volvería a best western posada del Río.

Exelente lugar... Cada año viajamos y disfrutamos de éste lugar y sus instalaciones del Gimnasio Además la habitación está muy cómoda y funcional así como limpia todo el tiempo! Y el servicio en la recepción es muy bueno y amable lo cuál agradezco mucho al personal que nos atendió!

Mala atención del personal en mostrador, el servicio del desayuno marca a las 7 y terminan de servir casi 7:30, falta sazón en los alimentos la mayoría está simple, tienen problemas electricos en general, el aire acondicionado de la habitacion deja de funcionar cada cierto tiempo, si olvidas algo en cualquier parte de las instalaciones y pides que revisen cámaras para intentar buscarlo te niegan el servicio y dan largas, el proceso de facturación es sumamente largo y tienes que estar hable y hable para que te expidan la factura.

Muy buena opción. Me agradó que me recibieron con mucha calidez y me consultaron en todo momento en qué podían apoyarme. El desayuno me pareció muy bueno en cuanto a opciones y en cuanto a la calidad de los alimentos. Definitivamente volvería.
