Nice clean and amd respecful people in hotel

Not bad

It's basically where truck drivers live. They arranged for us to be on the far side of the ground floor. It's dark and humid. The room smells bad and the sound insulation is poor, but the front desk is very friendly.

Best Hotel I could find to go to the D-Day 80 events in Normandy. The hotel was ok as a place to stay, but you have to pay extra to get a room with en suite bathroom. Rooms are clean and have TV, so had no problem staying there. My only complaint was there was no lift and my room was on 2nd floor and I have arthritis in my legs. There was only 2 restaurant nearby so I had to plan to eat before I got back for the evening. But it was ok and apart from no lift have no other complaints.

I arrived late at night (around midnight) and the parking was full, not because of all of the cars, but because of all of the trucks and lorries occupying several parking spaces at once. I stayed in one of the renovated cabrio rooms. Incredibly small, you can't even fit a cabin bag inside the room and walk at the same time. Plenty of mosquitoes splattered across the wall, because, well, the place is full of mosquitoes. No real bedsheets but rather a fitted sheet below the duvet directly on top of the mattress (not smooth but also thin so you can see the mattress below and also feel the friction on your skin). Really bad tobacco/old/not fresh smell that, in combination with the rest, did not allow me to sleep at all. When I managed to fall asleep, was woken up by very intense coughing and music. I later found out that it was coming from the breakfast area, and the coughing person was the receptionist. From there, other team members arrived, I guess the cleaning team. They were all shouting and talking to each other for ages at reception, which could be heard throughout the building, so there goes my attempt to sleep some more before hitting the road. I tried to sleep for 2h before checking out, but had somebody knocking on my door, and I yelled I was in, she still opened the door until she saw me in bed and left. I paid 40eur including breakfast. Breakfast is a piece of bread with butter and marmalade and instant coffee. I have stayed in campsites that charge 1/4 of that price which were quieter and more comfortable than this, so I will be sure to never try any other of these hotels in the future, as it is a complete waste of money unfortunately.

Pictures are deceiving online. This is more of a hostel then a hotel. You must pay extra to have a bathroom (toilet/shower) in your room and then extra to buy towels. Be aware that the Formula 1 chain caters for truckers/travellers. The rooms are basic and clean accomodation. Check in is at anytime so ideal for stop overs, road trips and so on.

We stayed 3 nights in this hotel during the Transat Jacques Vabre. We were a group of 60 people, made up of men and women. The hotel was very helpful in organizing our stay, ensuring that women were on one floor and men on another, so that no one slept in the same bed. They listened to us from start to finish. Although the breakfast area is small, everything went very well because Elodie (the assistant to the hotel manager) offered us to come in groups of 10 to make this moment more fluid, and offered us schedules. The rooms, showers, toilets and public areas were very clean and the hotel was quiet. Thanks again !

Very well received, pleasant and smiling staff, respectful maid, spacious and clean room, 24 hour reception, secure and free parking, well located for the price, very good value for money, I will come back, thank you all

Nous réservons cet hotel a chaque fois que nous venons au Havre. Les chambres sont propres, le personnel est compétent et sympatique. Nous reviendrons la prochaine fois, et nous suivrons votre conseil en réservant a l'avance pour avoir une chambre cabrio.

Très bon séjour, les personnes de l'hôtel sont agréables et accueillantes, c'est l'un des meilleurs sur la région Havraise, je recommande !

Nous avons passé une super nuit, la chambre était propre et le personnel super sympa. Si nous devons retourner dans cette région, nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir dans cet hôtel.
