i am retired military traveling from Oklahoma to Gonzales to have our Christmas gathering early, so I made reservations two months ahead of time at the government rate. the website said, VALID MILITARY / GOVERNMENT ID....so i do have a valid ID. Upon arrival to check in, the desk clerks tell me " work orders required" i said NO, the website only said VALID MILITARY / GOVERNMENT ID" , they said no , they couldnt honor my reservation and no other hotels in town were available. i called customer service number and i could hardly understand the language and they couldnt help me either. the only good thing is that they allowed me to cancel without a fee. i ended up booking a beautiful hotel in baton rouge for cheaper than what that run down place wanted. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ATTENDANTS, HORRIBLE EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!
