We are enjoying this property a lot.. the ambience is very nice.. also we are enjoying very very tasty and delicious food here..swimming pool is fabulous with slides and water sprinkler jacuzzi..👌👌👌

I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Somen and Swayamprabha for their exceptional customer service during my recent stay at the Radisson Gopalpur. From the moment I arrived, their warm and professional approach made me feel welcome and valued. Somen’s attention to detail and proactive attitude were truly remarkable, ensuring that all my requests were met promptly. He went out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed, always with a smile and genuine care. Swayamprabha, too, displayed outstanding hospitality. She was incredibly attentive and ensured that every aspect of my experience was seamless. She is a great photographer. Whether it was assisting with special arrangements or offering thoughtful suggestions for my stay, her service exceeded expectations. The genuine kindness and willingness to help that both Somen and Swayamprabha demonstrated is a true testament to the high standards of service at Radisson Gopalpur. It’s not often that one encounters such dedicated and courteous staff, and I feel truly grateful for their efforts. Thanks to their hard work and commitment, my experience at Radisson Gopalpur was made all the more memorable. I will certainly look forward to returning and will highly recommend this property to others!

Bad things first, the hotel rooms are small, bathroom even smaller. Buffet quality not good, no variety on daily basis, also served cold. Sports room is also very compact
good things about hotel is its large swimming pool, garden and ground. Room service is excellent with in room facilities.

The stay at pramod was great. The staff was courteous and very polite. Whenever we called the room service, housekeeping or front desk the reply was always prompt. They also readily got us an extra bed with no extra charges. The food taste was good but could do better with more options in the afternoon lunch or dinner sections for the alacarte. The place and the ambience of the hotel is very beautiful and near the beach which gives it a very positive vibe. The only issue was the christmas gala dinner due to which i gave 4 stars. I was not aware of the dinner nor the extra charges of approx 2500 to be paid per head(we were 5 ppl including a kid. We returned in the evening after a tiring day of exploring the city and had decided to call in an early night. But when i called the room service nobody answered. When i called the reception, they said they will get back with an answer but i got no reply for 15 -20 mins. After which i had to go to the front desk to inquire and they said that there is no room service today. It was 9. 30 pm and i was left with no option but to purchase the gala dinner coupons. They should have been more upfront or called and informed in advance so that i could have arranged an alternate dinner option for my parents. It felt like it was made mandatory just to get the extra cash. The stay was nice but this issue could have been avoided. Still i would like to say a thanks to the staff of pramod for making our stay pleasant.
