many issues:
1. cleanliness
2 unhygienic
3 no proper service
4. un supportive staff

1. they given a property without working AC and tv and complaining they given another room but the doesn't had the door lock (no privacy)
After complaining they again shifted me to previous room without working ac and tv.
2. I was remotely working office and a very urgent meeting so I requested please provide me a working internet connection but they couldn't fullfill. As a result i had to take a day off.
3. i order lunch including coffies and raita.
Coffie was just a coffie no milk. Wost coffie i ever had.
Food was not bad but the raita they served was pathetic, full of laal mirch and adrak.

Very attractive property and good behaviour staff great property location experience like ramada I have many experience in ramada and radisson but in this property experience like ramada and price is very attractive

Everything is good except parking, they don’t have proper parking at the property. They park under the bridge which caused me multiple scratches and damage of the car. Each time I visit to this place I have to spend money on car wash due to not good parking.

Cleaning staff are horrible, they don't want to clean room and bathroom just do some showoff go away, even they don't provide daily complementary items like water soap etc. Door mat was too much dirty, toilet was all yellow, bathroom wall was dirty, and they also use used bedsheet resption staff is very good kitchen and service staff is also good. Sorry had not taken any photo because i was not in mood to do complaint. They don't change towel daily

The location was good i first visited 205 room which were not clean. They changed the room number which was proper food availability was quite bad rest things are good
