UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR WITH ZERO SERVICE, WE BOOKED A ROOM AND PAYED A MONTH EARLIER, IN COMMUNICATION THAT I HAD WITH MRS MARIA FROM RESERVATIONS, BEFORE OUR TRIP, SO THAT WE WOULD BE GIVEN CLARIFICATIONS ABOUT IT WITH THE ROOM, THIS RESERVATION OFFICER WAS CALLING US ON THE PHONE AND SHE SEEMS ANNOYED THAT WE ASKED FOR SOME RESERVATIONS ABOUT THE BOOKING. WHEN WE ASKED US TO CONTACT THE MANAGER - IN CHARGE OF THE HOTEL, SHE TOLD US THAT THERE WAS NO ONE AND HANG UP THE PHONE. SHE ASKED US NOT TO DO EVERYTHING ELECTRONICALLY AND IN PERSON, WITHOUT P ARAMIKA WILLINGNESS ON HER SIDE TO SERVE OR EXPLAIN MORE GENERALLY . UNACCEPTABLE AND IMPERSONAL BEHAVIOR FOR A ROOM THAT COST 368 EUROS PER NIGHT. WE HAVE MADE MANY TRAVELS ABROAD AND DOMESTIC BUT SUCH RUDE BEHAVIOR, FIRST TIME WE HAD HAPPENED!!!

Our experience at Nymfasia Resort was unique! We held our wedding reception there, which was an absolute success! The food impressed all of our guests and the service from the staff was amazing! Everything was organized with absolute precision and lots of love! The stay, even for us and our guests, was extremely comfortable and pleasant! In a very nice location, on the road to Bytina, with nice common areas, sufficient breakfast with particularly tasty pies, which were changed every day. Good service, but not acceptable from a 5-star hotel, the third bed that was added to be a campaign bed...

Nice on the outside, old on the inside. Old-fashioned furniture and fabrics, horrible frames bought by the kilo. The building is outstanding and full of character, a good decorator would do wonders. Apparently no similar services were requested. The simple double room completely indifferent and somewhat cramped. The bathroom small and dark. The only positives are the bed (comfortable and with a good mattress) and the hydromassage shower (delightfully strong water flow). The breakfast is nice for a 3-star hotel. The willingness of the staff is appreciated, although in no 5-star hotel that I know does the owner walk around in a kitchen apron and the lady in charge does not reprimand the (willing and polite I repeat) personal presence of customers. Very close to the main road in the summer the noise will be unbearable. In winter it doesn't bother. However, the lack of a little salt on the exit ramp when there is ice is annoying. The admonition of the owner "slips" does not make up for a 5-star…. Overpriced and a waste of money.
