oda boyutları çok ufak ancak kullanışlı, temiz, çalışanlar çok ilgili ve kibar. Yemek kalitesi yüksek, konum olarak restaurant cafe ve barlara çok yakın. genelde öğrencilerin zaman geçirdiği mekanların yanıbaşında.bu sebeple gece geç saatlere kadar çok canlı ancak bu sebeple gürültü düzeyi yüksek.
