The room is quite big and very close to the beach. Although there are many episodes, the store is working hard to solve it. The service is in good condition. It is recommended that the winter room can adjust the floor heating temperature by itself. The hot water temperature of the bath can also rise a little more. We stayed for 2 nights this week and the experience was amazing. The staff were very friendly and the check in experience was very quick. Upon arrival you need to check in with your mobile number in the queuing system and they send you a digital que ticket. From 2:40pm they allocate you to your room and we requested to be located in a room that was quiet. The resort location itself was located inside the valley with a large outdoor facility with a very preserved environment and they have a walking course with a walking deck which was very nice. Upon arrival we booked a private photo tour with Kensington 'Kenny guide' who took us to a private area inside the forest to take a family photo shoot. The service was very nice, and they give you the option to print the photos either as an album or as a frame. They had a small sheep farm and two deer farms which was also very nice. We tried both the dinner and breakfast buffet which was also very good. As the resort itself was very big, the private houses concept was also very nice for those that like to travel in places which are quiet and peaceful. They also have a terrace where you can enjoy BBQ. Our overall experience was very positive and plan to return back in springtime.

Royal Suite usage~~Everything was good, except that check-in was too late (the room wasn't ready, so I checked in after 5pm). The restaurant and facilities were sufficient. The mart was too far from the East building. It was difficult to carry heavy items like drinks to the room.

I took my 3-year-old baby and 1-year-old baby with me, and the accommodation was comfortable and nice. They even gave me a free upgrade because I waited a long time at check-in, and the people at the breakfast restaurant were very friendly. Although the accommodation is old, the bedding is clean.

I wanted to meet the manager and say hello, but in March, I had to cancel on the same day at Agoda, but Agoda said it was not allowed due to policy, so I almost lost 150,000 won... I was really, really upset, but fortunately Sokcho I-Park processed a refund, so I was sorry for no reason. Still, I remember feeling good about it~!!!! Then, in April, I went to the big room with my brother's family and had a really delicious breakfast~!! This May, I went on a trip with my boyfriend and had a great time. There is a lot of talk about the elevator problem, but I understand the situation of the hotel as I go to the busy area around Sokcho... I think there is nothing I can do and if I go to Sokcho, I will always use it~!!! I also preached to people in Jeji through Sokcho I-Park~!! I really don't want to brag about this place, but it's very clean for the price, the refrigerator is big, the bed is clean, the view is good, and the biggest advantage is that the bathroom is as good as a Shilla Hotel~!!!! TMI, you must eat breakfast~!!!! I highly recommend the bibimbap ㅠㅠ!!!!!! Use the red pepper paste seasoning ㅠㅠ The staff are all very friendly, and sometimes the customers are not abusive... but abusive... It makes me frown... It's an extreme job... ㅠㅠ I can't believe it. It was long. I have only good memories of the I-Park Suites and Very Berry Suites Hotel~!!!!!!! After summer is over, I will go and visit again in the fall. Be happy and stay healthy haha. I booked an ocean view, but I was assigned to the 3rd floor, so it was almost like a road view? ㅋㅋ I could see the ocean, but I think it would be better to be assigned to a higher floor. The facilities were very clean, and I was surprised to see that the living room table and dining table were Livart products!!! It was good for a one-night stay for the price~~

FINAL VERDICT: Family oriented resort that has everything needed for a family vacation. 3 Line summary - The property is located on a scenic coastside hill, offering views of the East Sea, Seorak National Park, and Sokcho city downtown is a 10 minute drive. Resort is constructed to offer panoramic vistas to guests directly from their room window & balcony. - Resort has everything needed for a familiy retreat. They have a large indoor water park(Sokcho Water Park), 5+ restaurants including one that you can do K-BBQ(Natural Soul Kitchen), large and fun kid’s cafe (Lala Kids Adventure), direct access to East Sea coast and the best Korean seafood shops are within uber delivery distance. They even have a mini golf place. - Lotte Resort Sokcho also offers various family oriented programs that I recommend you check out. We chartered a catamaran yatch and cruised the East Sea, went to a local strawberry farm and harvested a couple baskets, tried Lotte’s cookie house making program which are all available through the resort. WHEN: May 2023 WHO: Family of 3, including a 17 month old daughter WHAT ROOM: Character Suite Room We visited the Lotte Resort Sokcho as a family retreat in May with our 17 month old daughter. The Resort was our top choice because it had all the facilities that one would want one visiting a beach coast resort, and at the same time very family friendly as they provided baby amenities such as baby food, bed, moisturizer etc. We stayed at the Character Suite room, which is a spacious room that features a Lotte themed slide, hide&seek spots and children’s restroom. Our daughter had so much fun in the room - she rode the slide a gazillion times and played hide and seek with us. My wife liked the fact that the room had a good combination of contemporary designs and playful childrens’ furniture, all with safety in mind. Stay at the Lotte Resort was also memorable as we took advantage of the many facilities. On the first day, we went to the indoor Water Park which offered wave riding, a large lazy river, water slides of all sizes and a jacuzzi for relaxing. We headed to the BBQ restaurant (Natural Soul Kitchen) at dinner to charge up and had some fun cooking lobster, beef, pork and lamb racks. The restaurant also offered many Korean dishes that goes well with the BBQ we had ample choice. After a good rest in our beach view room, we headed up to R.9PUP, a pub on the 9th floor as the name suggests. The pub offers a wide range of Korean local brewery at a scenic view of the coastal beach. It was even better as the pub had a family friendly atmosphere where the young ones are invited to play the dart and chill on the bean bags on the terrace. All in all, this is a great one-stop resort that offers great view, nature, variety of dining options, all at the same time running large scale facilities such as the Sokcho Water Park. I definitely look forward to visiting again and with comfortably recommend to families looking for a good time toget

The hotel is in a very strategic location, beside Daepo Port. However, please do not book through Trip.com. I could have gotten a better price from Agoda… so disappointed that I overpaid for this hotel
