Way out in the country. No place to get off of 80/90 to it. Lights weren’t working, and the AC wasn’t working.

My Sister checked into her room today to find her bed unmade with tissues in the bed. She complained to the front desk, and they indicated there was nothing they could do. They provided her with new sheets to change the bedding. My sister is not one to complain but I will not allow this to go unnoticed. I will be contacting corporate.

Was placed in three separate rooms, each room had issues before the third room… third room was not even cleaned toe nail clippings on the floor, sheets looked used before our stay.
