Excellent housekeeping and food is good especially breakfast is very good.Ambience of room is excellent ,staff approach is excellent.In room bed is very comfortable for staying and pillows are fluffy.Thank you very much to Fern Residency ,kharad.

Excellent stay with warm hospitality. I will certainly recommend this hotel. Good quality. Good was also very good. Location is also near to main highway. Lots of parking area available. Nice place staying with family as well as business purpose

Must say It's a perfect place for a staycation. It has all the amenities in one spot. The Luxurious suite room stands out as the best on the property, with a living room, balcony, and mountain view. It fulfills all the relaxation needs of a vacation and also brings happiness with its warm welcome and the kind service of the staff. This property also has a club with a restaurant. You can enjoy music nights and experience a delicious dining experience with multiple food options from various cuisines. Definitely, it's recommended with happiness. Enjoy it!

Good feel of stay and staff is also cooperative. Also good space availability and tasty food. Room was good maintain and good views to see outside it was feeling good in rainy season to stay here at Fern Karad. It is good experience I can tell you during my stay here

We frequently visit Karad for business, and almost every two months, we choose to stay at Hotel Fern. This time, we stayed for three nights, and on our last evening, we were greeted with a delightful surprise when we entered our room. The room decor was beautifully done, and our bed and table were adorned with charming towel art created by Abhi, Siya, and Harshal. Surprises like these always brighten our day, and this small yet thoughtful gesture made our stay even more special. The hotel itself is very nice, with polite staff who consistently provide service with a smile. The food is also good, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable every time. Looking forward to our next stay!

When I entered the room it was Beautifully decorated with flowers roses and lilies, especially towel decoration. It was warming. Thank you so much for such efforts to Chaitali. It was quite a surprise and overwhelming. Room was clean and neat. Food is okay.

Good ambiance with good facilities Restaurant is having amazing food & quality with variety of foods. Room is also very good having mountain facing view through window. Property is well equipped with garden & fitness centre which makes this property all round No.1 in karad
