The room was so small. I originally booked a double bed, but finally got a bunk bed. However, the bunk bed was also a double bed, so I accepted it. However, the room was a bit oppressive because of the small size, and the pillows were very hard. Ladies can go to the Lobby to get pillows. , and skin care products; the hotel is located 15-20 minutes' walk from JR Gotemba Station, which is a bit far to walk with luggage. I use this hotel chain friquently. Every hotelr are clean and cofortable. Not a resort hotel but we could take a relux time.I recomend for all visiters.

The breakfast was really good, but not at the level of a free breakfast. The room and amenities were perfect, but there were some stains on the toilet and bathroom that were not completely cleaned off. It's a shame because it would have been perfect if that hadn't happened.
