We are here because we got stuck on the highway enroute to Tokyo. A great surprise to stay here. Enjoyed a safe bath spa at the common bath area. Hotel has many local branded shampoos and facial products to sample, and I think they are thoughtful. We woke up realising having our breakfast in front of mt fuji!

Ovetall is a nice hotel

The location is not good if you don't have a car. I had heavy bags and it took me about 40 minutes to reach the hotel. I took a taxi back to the station after check out which cost 1200 yen. It is in a bit of an isolated area. Closest convenience store was about 10-15 mins on foot. The hotel itself is nice, clean and new. Rooms a bit small but I had a spectacular view of Fuji from my window. The bed was new and very comfortable. Remember to take a taxi from the station if you have a lot of luggage.

Happy to have stayed here when we were outlet shopping at Gotemba. Easily accessible by car and less expensive than staying at the outlet.

Location of hotel is very out of the way. Breakfast selection is limited, not good at all. Hotel only provides bottled water on the day of check in only.

Great Service at front desk. The entire place was very clean and new looking.

Clean & comfy hotel

Since I am not traveling by car, I have to call a taxi when I go out! If you are a self-driving person, this hotel is an ideal price and location! Every time I go out, I ask the hotel staff to call a taxi, but it is more difficult to find a taxi when I get back to the hotel! Uber doesn’t have a car either! The hotel is very close to the outlet, about 20 minutes walk! The hotel has a public bath, nice! The breakfast options are not too many but delicious! Restaurant staff are polite and friendly!

The price/performance ratio is very high. The room with Mount Fuji view is great. It is about 1.6 kilometers away from the outlet. Of course, it would be more convenient if you have a car.

The hotel is very new, the bathroom is clean, and the overall feeling is good. Mount Fuji is outside the window, and the price-performance ratio is very high. Compared with chartering a car from Tokyo to Yamanakako + Hakone, starting from here can save at least 5 hours. Gotemba Outlet is very large. I stayed for a whole day to visit the outlet. It takes about 25 minutes to walk from the hotel to the outlet, and the taxi cost is about 1,600 yen. If you go to Shinjuku or Haneda Airport, the nearest bus stations are Tomei Gotemba and Gotemba Interchange. There is a large convenience store minishop nearby, which is only 5 or 6 minutes away by foot. Although the hot spring is not big, it is clean. Compared with the hot spring hotels in Kawaguchiko that cost 3,000 or 4,000 per night, this price-performance ratio is already very high. If I go to Gotemba Outlet again, I should book this hotel again.

The hotel is not far from Gotemba Atlas, and you can see Mount Fuji during breakfast. The room is small, but new and clean. The hot spring is just average.

It is very convenient to travel by car. There is a parking lot at the door. The room is as small as ever. It is generally clean but not new. The bathhouse is pitifully small. 2 people are the limit. The employees have average attitudes and rarely smile, which is rare in Japan.

Stylish and novel hotel, clean and hygienic. But the location is not very convenient, so you need to drive or take a taxi. It costs 1,200 yen from Gotemba outlet to the hotel, and it costs 1,200 yen from Gotemba outlet to the hotel. The hotel has a small hot spring, which can only accommodate about 5 people. There is a mini stop convenience store 8-10 minutes walk away. The hotel breakfast has few options.
