The hotel is really old, but the staff attitude and location are very good. Next to Gotemba station, convenient walking distance. There is a Bigday supermarket nearby. For dinner they fed me free udon with curry, I bought breakfast separately for 550 yen and had breakfast with a view of Fuji. Disappointments: very cold room, no hot water, they said that there were technical problems. The staff offered to check into a newer hotel with hot water for free, but I refused, because it was already evening and the journey was almost 1.5 km. In the city in the evenings there are almost no lights, it is a little scary to walk alone.

The new mobile phone charger socket and high-speed USB were missing from the room.
I stayed for two nights.
When I returned from the room at night, the mobile phone charger was missing.
I reported this to the front desk the next day and they didn't know what to do. The staff replaced the charger. It's a shame since it was a new charger, and the socket and high-speed USB cost about 3,500 yen.
It's very disappointing.

The room is very clean. The air conditioner is too old and very noisy at night.
Everything else is good.
