Various family members stay at the Comfort Suites Gothenburg annually while attending a family reunion in the vicinity. We have always found our stay to be pleasant, with friendly staff, nice furnishings, clean facilities, and a very nice included breakfast. It is for these reasons that we return year after year.

Not worth the $, WiFi didn’t work, no pool or hot tub like advertised, rooms don’t look like what was advertised, not a suite, just a regular room with a pullout couch, overflowing large trash can right by the front door, unfriendly front desk lady, unfinished drywall in bathroom. Will never stay here again!

Our booked room’s bedding was not changed. It had hairs on the inside sheets. The tub also had hairs inside it. We asked for a new room and when we got to the new room we checked in the beds right away. The 2nd rooms beds were dirty. Bedding was not changed. Hairs all over both queen beds. The front desk woman Diane said “I only saw 2 hairs”. As if that is acceptable in anyway. She was rude, not helpful, and told us to go elsewhere since we were not happy. We didn’t even stay here. We left at 9:30pm and drove 30 minutes away to another hotel. My 3 year old child was not pleased and I was super disappointed. What a horrible hotel.

Nice clean hotel for a good price. Pick a room on the parking lot side, as the highway is noisy. Friendly efficient service at check in and check out. Not many good restaurants nearby, but go to Studio 6 in nearby Cozad. Very comfortabl king size bed.
