Too bad that if you don't ask they won't clean your room, it should be automatic and not on request, excellent breakfast and the waiters are all very kind and professional

There weren't many reviews, but it was clean and the breakfast was delicious!
You have to ask for cleaning.

We were disappointed in the lack of cleanliness in our room and around the property. We chose to spend very little time in the room, so that was helpful. For those not familiar with the area, the hotel is not located in an area I would chose unless I needed to go to the stadium.

Great location close to the stadium for all the games. Walking distance to Liseberg amusement park and lots of places to eat. Great hotel! We would stay there again.

The stay was good but the room was small.
The painting in the ceiling was falling off.
They do not clean the room unless u ask for it.

The breakfast buffet that is included is unreal. There are so many options, including a section for gluten free/dairy free and vegan. The amenities are awesome - the hotel has thought of everything you could need and has it available. Would love to come back again!

Great buffet! Right near the hockey rink…comfortable 4 star hotel…we weren’t there long enough to take advantage of the other amenities. Close to train station, tram etc. great value

I have nothing to complain about in regards to this stay. The hotel had everything i needed, it was beautifully cleaned, the breakfast was over expectations and the staff was always helpful and smiling.

Great place, in the heart of Gothenburg!
You can easily travel from the place by train or bus! Staffs are kind and excellent service and the breakfast was great!

The stay at the hotel was good - we were there for the Gothia Cup. Excellent location to many of the fields, the opening ceremony, and public transportation stops. Additionally, the hotel was close to many restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores nearby. The room was clean and spacious. The air conditioning could have been better but I understand since it rarely gets warm enough. The breakfast was average but it was included. The views from the top floors were magnificent and the hotel was a great launching point for our travels.
