The bed is comfortable, the room is clean, the breakfast is rich and delicious, recommended!

對房間還是較為滿意的。房間設施基本上都有。服務員熱情有禮。房間還算安靜。早餐豐盛, 品種多樣。新鮮，味道不錯。

Having stayed in another property they enrolled me in a so called Rewards programme whereby i would be able to be upgraded on my next stay at one of their properties but they managed to lose my membership number..... It was funny to see the rest of my family ( 8 persons alltogheter corresponding to a little more than 1000 euros worth of rooms) being upgraded to executive floors with late check out facilities and dissatisfied i took the key of my room on third floor. After a visit to Liseberg Christmas week end eve we returned to this hotel and when i asked to enter the bar with my party and i was directed to the reception to ask the possibility to access the bar when it was clearly stated that hotel's guests have priority access.All this coupled with a few spiders nest on the room lamp and dust over closets doors made me think that is absolutely not my kind of hotel chain. Too bad the Gothia was fully booked but i'd rather sleep in my car for my next visit.

The hotel is not bad and the breakfast is very rich. The young lady at the front desk is pretty and offers great service. However, the parking fee is too expensive, and the valet parking even costs 370 Swedish kronor. I looked for a parking space behind the hotel, which only cost 110 kronor.

PROS: * Excellent service/nice staff * Very nice public areas (reception, bar, restaurant, etc.) * Good location *Easy parking around the corner (though a bit expensive SEK 22/hour between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m., SEK 2/hour between 10 pm and 8 am) * Nice pub next door (Bishop's arms) * Quiet/a good night's sleep  CONS: * Dated rooms. More 3 than 4 stars.  * Small bathroom with shower in bathtub * No A/C (not a good thing when it's 25 degrees) * Spider web outside wardrobe
