Very good location, easy to ready by foto when arriving the train station

Had a very nice stay, the only bad thing was that the ventilation didn't really work as it should and then when we were going to check out, we still had about 5 minutes left before check out time when cleaning only opened the door after knocking 1 time instead of waiting when we were to answer they just opened the door and saw us said oh sorry and closed the door again felt very uncomfortable I don't really feel that it is standard service in such a hotel.

Convenient travel near the central station. Lovely staff, clean rooms, delicious food

The room is relatively large, but the bed and other facilities are average, the cleaning is not timely, and the overall environment is average. The breakfast variety is not rich enough and the living experience needs to be improved.

Because I couldn't book a hotel, I squeezed in with my colleagues temporarily. The room facilities are relatively old, but the hygiene is passable, and the breakfast is also good. It's very close to the central station and the focus is on value for money.

This time, if you stay in a triple room, you can check-in 1 hour earlier. The breakfast is very rich, and the room size is moderate. Overall, the service is pretty good!

The location was close to the central station, so it was convenient to travel. The room felt a bit cramped, but it was in good condition and the staff were friendly and had a good rest.

Room was comfortable, staff really pleasant and lots of choice at breakfast. Good location as only a short walk from the station

We had a slightly bigger toom which was nice with some extra space. The room decor and furniture was a bit old but the bed was okay in comfort. The bathroom was okay, was probabaly clean but you could see it was older and had some yellow spots in the ceiling. Staff was nice. Breakfast was okay with your standard offering of items. Pancakes were a bit tough around the edges the first day but better the 2nd day of our stay. Very close to the railway station and city which was a big bonus. From outside the hotel looks really old and not so modern but we were pleasantly surprised once we got to the reception and room. We did feel like the price was a bit too high for the standards of the hotel.

Very nice Hotel & very close to the main train train station which is great if you need to catch an early train. Breakfast was very good with a great selection. Nice Bar area. Staff were very helpfull . Main shopping area & restaurants are just a short wak away.

Superb hotel..! Every one of the staff we spoke to was polite and helpful, and the all-round clean environment brilliant! The Scandic Crown is conveniently located just a few minutes from Central Station and the Nils Ericson Bus terminal, and also around a 10-minute walk into the shopping/restaurant streets of Gothenburg. Fantastic choice of stay for us!!
