Very close to the station. Pros: The hotel is a converted historic post office building. The lobby is very interesting. There is also a post office box. The breakfast is very delicious. Many people gather for dinner in the bar and restaurant on the first and second floors every night. It should taste good too. Disadvantages: The room is very small, there is a lot of dust on the curtains, the windows cannot be opened, and the comfort is not high.

Super great hotel! It is recommended to book a superior room of 30 square meters, which is really large in Northern Europe. It is very cost-effective. The superior room has enough space to separate the bathtub and shower. It has double sinks and is very comfortable overall. The toiletries have a very special smell, and the Chinese character "Jing" on the bottle is very friendly. The hygiene is very good, and the cleaning staff is also very easy to communicate with. Even if the room is full of people on weekends, the cleaning is very fast! The breakfast is good. There are free coffee machines on each floor, milk plant milk, as well as croissants, sandwiches, and snacks for you to enjoy. This is very special! You can enjoy the centuries-old castle architecture without leaving the hotel! The rooftop swimming pool is said to be good but I didn’t go there. I might give it a try next time! The location is undoubtedly the best choice for taking the train. The train station is very convenient for business and there are many restaurants and supermarkets. Accommodation is very convenient! Gothenburg is not big, but the Volvo Museum and the Art Museum are more worth visiting! special reminder! This city is nicknamed "Little London" in autumn and winter because it is foggy and rains almost every day! But it’s just light rain, and it will stop for a while, so it’s best to bring a waterproof hard-shell windbreaker to wear outside your down jacket! very important! This way you don’t need to bring an umbrella! The restaurant on the second floor of the hotel! delicious! The sommelier is an Italian guy who is very talkative and knowledgeable about wine. The wine pairings he recommends are very good! It would be great to stay in this hotel and go directly to the second floor for dinner. The set menu is also very cheap at four to five hundred Swedish krona per person for three or four dishes, but I personally prefer a la carte! Recommended raw beef tartare is delicious! Fried artichokes are delicious too! Flounder is also good! Highly recommend this restaurant! The restaurant is also very loving. It is closed on Sunday night in order to give homeless homeless people in Gothenburg an early Christmas and feel the warmth. All the restaurant chefs and service staff went to cook for them! On the big weekend, it was indeed Nordic style! Thumbs up!

The hotel is located in the city center, one step away from the train station and opposite the shopping mall. It is very convenient and there are many Chinese restaurants nearby. recommend!

The hotel is right next to the central station, so traveling is very convenient. It's a big castle with a very artistic feel. The room is clean and the floor heating is good. The hotel's breakfast is very rich, with a variety of breads, drinks, cheeses, and sausages to choose from. The boiled eggs are delicious, and the rare thing is that there are egg pancakes.

Walkable to the heart of Gothenburg, this fantastically situated hotel in a magnificent building is a great place to stay. While the rooms and trims must have been the height of designer when it was renovated a few years ago, there are some signs of dating in the tower. That doesn’t stop the beds from being ultra comfy, and meticulously clean. The breakfast is the jewel of the hotel, in the beautiful lobby and dining area, this lavish feast has everything you might want. Only two minor downers- a tiny selection of low rent mini pastries and somewhat brusque machine coffee, which is only an encouragement to eat up and go in search of fika! Guest amenities are great as well, with a fantastic luggage room system meaning you can base yourself around the hotel before check in and after check out with minimal stress.

Difficult to find working space within the hotel due to lack of electrical outlet. I also missed espresso machines.

The beds... This hotel has the absolute worst beds I have ever tried. I rather sleep on a rock. Impossible to sleep in those beds. Seriously, change the beds or close the hotel forever!

This is a fantastic posh property right beside the main train station. Tons of restaurants and wine bars to check out nearby. Easy walkability, just look out for the cabbies!

Very nice hotel in an historic building. Bar and restaurant offer good food and every drink. My bed was almost too big for the room, as was the desk. The bed seemed to be a box spring with a bout a two inch foam topper. Not too bad to sleep on, but very low for old backs. Consistent water temp in the shower was lacking. Facility is clean and in good repair and staff is very helpful. I was on the 13th floor and the music kept me awake. Maybe music reaching the 13th floor indicates a danger of hearing loss to those in the room with the music? It could come down a notch and still be loud enough for partiers.

For visitors with asthma, I would advise to stay another place. There is a dusty carpet in the room. Cheap, polyester velvet bed blanket and decorative pillow which will make you cough more. Room is cold, dusty with the worst view (they might give a better room to you). Don't pay when checking like I did(they asked if that was ok to have all the payment upfront) so you can run away. There is dusty carpet in the corridors as well. I could not open the window. Good part is the breakfast only. Best would be to stay another hotel and look into this beautiful building from outside.

The location is outstanding, just a stone's throw from nightlife, shopping and the sporting facilities. Travel via the Central Station makes all of Gothenburg easily accessible.

This hotel is in a great location steps from the central train station. There is also a local tram stop right outside and many taxis. It is clean and well staffed and everyone speaks good english. The one negative is the pool is NOT included in the price. You have to reserve it for 2 hours for an additional 150 SEK and its not private during that reservation. Also, we stayed over new years eve and they had a large party on the main floor going to 2am. It was VERY loud and we could hear the music in our room when we were trying to sleep.
