The location is very convenient. The hotel service staff are very friendly and patient in answering questions. Because I need to print, the lady at the front desk responded positively and printed for free. I will stay here again next time.

I found the room needs deep cleaning of carpet, curtains. Triggered my allergies. The room is cleaned only every fourth day, that seems unacceptable for me too.
Also there was noisy facade renovations at the back of the hotel until 1900, they could have informed about this when I booked.
The one washing machine in the laundry room looked visibly dirty.
Okay exercise room with good equipment.
Otherwise helpful staff, and okay standard, small room, but definitely not a four star hotel.

Bruseren sprøjtede vand ud over det hele, sengene gled fra hinanden, der var ikke noget køleskab, ingen safetybox.
Der var renovering igang, fair nok, men bygge elevatoren kørte både lørdag og søndag. Helt umuligt at få middagssøvn. Jeg kommer ikke tilbage.

Room not cleaned at check in. 5 out of 6 outlets in room not working. Large hole in roof in shower?!? If you used light switch at bed all of room went black. And could only be turned on at the entrance to the room…
