We hebben hier een toptijd gehad als uitvalbasis voor onze deelname aan de Õtillö swim run. Heerlijk hotel met superbedden. Erg netjes. Zeer vriendelijk personeel en ook nog eens erg lekker gegeten. Was samen met mijn sportmaat. De locatie zo in de haven is erg leuk en we hadden een topuitzicht. Zeker voor hergaling vatbaar. Wat ons betreft een aanrader.

Decor and location are lovely but overall we had a rather disappointing stay. 24 hrs before our booking we were told the restaurant would be closed . They did offer to make us sandwiches . The next morning we went to breakfast to find almost all the food uncovered and several flies in the room. The hotel offered bathrobes but we found ours in a messy pile at the bottom of the wardrobe, preumeably where the previous guests left them. Emailed the hotel about this but no reply.

Wir waren in der Vorsaison dort und haben das Hotel deshalb in einer besonderen Atmosphäre erlebt. Sehr familiär und sehr entspannt. Aber von vorne; das Haus liegt wunderbar und ist sehr schick und hochwertig eingerichtet. Wir konnten vom Bett aus die großen Schiffe von und nach Göteborg sehen. Weil das Restaurant eigentlich noch geschlossen hat, gab es abends nur für uns jeweils köstliches Essen gekocht. Fahrräder standen uns auch zur Verfügung, so dass wir beide Inseln erkunden konnten. Wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt.

I originally wanted to travel to Donso before lockdown but things shut down. A big birthday trip with friends seemed to be the perfect reason and I wasn’t disappointed. The hotel is cosy, friendly and so peaceful. The waiters and hosts made us so welcome and the food was excellent - such a special place.

Wonderful hotel on a lovely island! Rooms were modern and clean and very affordable. We were able to get adjoining rooms, which worked well for our family. Bike rental at the hotel was one price for our entire stay, and we made good use of those. The staff were very friendly. The hotel restaurant was delicious, even if the menu and operating hours are limited. The views were fabulous. What a beautiful and relaxing place to stay for a few days. We recommend Isbolaget highly. It's a true getaway that's easily accessible by the frequent ferry service.
