A favourite for many years, my last trip to Valentina's was absolutely lovely, as ever! I like the fact that it's a bit off the eaten track, a short walk to the sea, with beautiful self-catering apartments plus delicious meals available if wanted, in the cafe, by the pool, or in your room. Valentina and Manos now feel like friends, but they are extremely welcoming to everyone, first timers or regulars, always helpful and interested.

Didn’t stay at valentines, but stayed next door. Thank goodness Valentines was there . As our hotel was not the best. The pool is spotless as well as the bar and loos. The food was excellent and great value. Valentina and her husband Manos were great hosts and very friendly. We are looking forward to booking there apartments next year.

De passage a l'hôtel lida a gouves , nous sommes passes chez Valentina's et Tout de suite on se sent bien, les cocktails sont juste parfaits ainsi que les crêpes ! Les propriétaires hypers accueillants , avec musique et piscine.pour un petit ou long moment de détente . Endroit très propre et deco sympa ! Un seul regret c'est de ne pas avoir logé dans leur appartement ... mais pour une prochaine fois ! Merci à vous pour votre accueil sincère.

Avevo prenotato a febbraio su Booking in questa struttura, per andarci in vacanza ad agosto,la mia prenotazione era con la cancellazione gratuita entro metà luglio. Il giorno dopo la prenotazione la struttura si è presa i soldi (più di 300 €) e,nonostante io abbia disdetto la prenotazione a maggio,non mi ha mai rimborsato. Solo dopo varie segnalazioni a Booking sono riuscita ad avere il mio denaro da Booking e NON dalla struttura che invece non ha mai risposto ai vari solleciti. Leggendo varie recensioni ho visto che non sono la prima persona a cui accade ciò con questa struttura. Quindi consiglio di pensarci 2 volte prima di prenotare qui.

This place is amazing a little oasis of peace and tranquility. The food is freshly cooked to order . The food was so tasty and plenty of it . The bar and pool area is so well layed out and the decor is great it has a fantastic laid back feel to it . The young lady behind the bar is very friendly she made us feel like family and she makes the strongest pinacolada ever . All in all I would thoroughly recommend this place .

This little gem is an absolute gem. Ten apartments with views over the mountains and mile upon mile of olive groves. The owners (well they felt more like family) were beyond description, so friendly and helpful. The food was freshly cooked with their own produce and tasted wonderful. Truly worth staying there if you are in that part of Crete.

Hice una reserva en Booking de este apartamento pago anticipado con cancelación gratuita, el día 11.2 me cobraron por la estancia 533,40€ que cancelé en el plazo estamos a 3.4 y al día de hoy no me devolvieron el importe. 1.3. me contestaron diciendo que me devolvían el dinero según su política en 30 días laborales y al día de hoy no contestan a mis llamadas, ni a los mensajes que les envío a través de Booking. Estoy llamando a Booking a diario sólo piden documentación del movimiento, de todos los moviemientos de la tarjeta y siempre responden que tienen que dar 5 días laborales más al alojamiento para ver si hace devolución. Una tomadura de pelo tanto del alojamiento y de Booking. Evitad este alojamiento parece que es una estafa.

Een fantastische plek met alles erop en eraan!. Goede verzorging met zeer vriendelijke mensen! Ze willen het liefst dat je rechtstreeks boekt. En met contante betaling zelfs flinke korting! Appartementen achter de receptie/ winkel in een mooi aangelegde tuin.

My husband and I have travelled to Crete for over 14 years now and have visited at least 22 times . We book apartments through *********** months and even a year, in advance. We always choose “pay at property” option. We booked this apartment on 31st October this year (2022) for July 2023. They took the money out of my account t immediately therefore I cancelled within minutes. The property then told me that it would take UP TO 30 days for my refund. Now, 30 days later, I still don’t have my refund. When I contacted the apartments I was then told it was “UP to 30 WORKING DAYS excluding weekends and bank holidays”! Changing the policy as they go along and still no sign of my money. Firstly, will not book these apartments ever, secondly, after using for years, will not use *********** as they then said they couldn’t do anything about it as it is hotel policy. Even when I pointed out that this was not the policy advertised . Just washed their hands off of the whole thing and I am left waiting for my refund.
