I stayed 4 nights at this hotel. The swimming pools and amenities were excellent, and the staff at the bar and reception were really friendly. However, one staff member of the reception threatened us to call the police over a slightly loud birthday celebration (night of Sept 14th to Sept 15th), which felt excessive, he could just have had a better approach. We also found plastic in our food a few times in different days, which raised concerns about food safety. While the facilities are great, these issues impacted our overall experience. Perfect for couple's relaxation, If it's a group of friends, better look for a different place.

Have not stayed at the hotel as I live here in Corfu but recently attended a family wedding. Everything was very professionally organised with attentive staff looking after each table with absolute courtesy. The wedding buffet was amazing - so much choice of meats and salads. Excellent entertainment with live music, plenty of Greek dancing and, later, a DJ. Thoroughly recommended as a wedding venue.

Myself and husband are currently staying here for a week, there are less pros than cons. Pros Modern and aesthetically pleasing Comfy bed Good aircon WIFI Shower in room Coffee from main bars Margarita pizza Food comes out fast Not far from Corfu Old Town Nice calibre of people staying in resort Cons Lager (flat, not in proper glasses) Coffee in main restaurant Sunbed wars (not enough sunbeds for guests) Food (bland and repetitive) Service (staff miserable) Not all inclusive (if you want say an espresso martini £12 extra charge, charges for bottles of water, bottled beer, £15 room service charge and charges for sides in smoke house restaurant) No daily special cocktails Bar queues (Night time when entertainment on can take up to 15 minutes to get served) No table service (queues for drinks) No atmosphere or actives by the pool each day Open storage in room (makes room look untidy) For the price we expected a lot more, pleasant stay but would not return.

The aesthetic and setting is lovely and in theory this could be a great place to visit again, IF they improve the bar staff. They’re beyond rude - you’re treated like you’ve constantly done something wrong. On one occasion we asked for a different glass for a drink that we’d paid for (you have to pay for premium spirits and any cocktails not on the “all inclusive” menu), and the bar staff literally berated us for asking, before eventually slamming the alternate cup down on the bar whilst cursing in Greek. We were nothing but pleasant in the face of this, and in the end the best we could hope for is that they’d say nothing to us and maybe we’d get away with an exhale and an eye roll from them.

Overall great stay at Cooks Club Corfu. Some of the highlights were - rooms were lovely, we asked for our bed to be changed from 2 singles to a double (as a couple) and honestly one of the most comfortable stays in a hotel I’ve had. Drinks were good - George was a great barman, always smiling and made up for what felt like watered down liquors. Guest services were super helpful throughout our stay, from restaurant recommendations, nights out to day trips. Thank you Sam especially for your help! Scenery was lovely & having music playing all day by the pool is a great touch. Now only a couple of slight things to be aware of - the food choices are quite heavy, lunch menu at the bar is basically carbs on carbs on carbs. The same with a lot of lunch & dinner choices (pizza, pasta and only a couple local dishes). But the Smoke Grill restaurant was incredible, definitely worth visiting if you go! Lastly entertainment ended way too early, most nights it would end outside by 10.30pm which was disappointing, but we were repeatedly told it was because of annoying neighbors complaining. It’s a shame because sitting inside when the weather is so lovely out seems like a waste but it didn’t ruin what was a great holiday!!

The hotel is nice, looks good, comfy rooms, clean, great views, good pool and REALLY GREAT all inclusive drinks. The food.... Pizza and buffet stuff was nice, the other food that you order by the pool etc is not good, verging on gross. It is close enough to a town with some great bars and alternative places to eat. Was harassed by staff to move my car as was blocking someone in, even though i knew it wasn't mine and kept telling them that i got repeated calls to my room until i went to my car and proved it wasn't mine, rather frustrating when i was busy and wasn't even parked in the same place. Nice cats :-) All in all was nice, glad we went but probably wouldn't return.

We were excited about the idea of the entire hotel being "Al a carte" but when we arrived, it was hurried and felt like a cafeteria. You couldn't enjoy a meal because you had to go up to get your drinks and the food you ordered came in a minute. In general, the food was terrible for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The pizzas were the only ideal thing we had. The majority of our lunches and dinners we had to eat out because the few options were either greasy, low quality options. Even the salads weren't fresh. We were concerned it was just us but we discovered it was the same for a few other couples as well. Would not recommend at all if you like to eat healthy at home. I’ve never eaten in a hotel where the food is worst than I can cook at home. It was misleading in that you only get a limited menu with and must pay for the remaining items at Al A Carte. We decide to have the inclusive mains and pay for the starters. Each tuna tartar cost €22, and it was awful and not fresh. We decided to forgo the second ala carte meal because the first was so bad and to go out to eat in the old town instead. It was the same with the cocktails, there was a limited menu with all of the standard cocktails being €6. There wasn't enough staff, they were all quite unpleasant, and the service was terrible. It was very obvious they were making comments about guests in Greek. We weren't even asked how our stay was when we checked out. This is not, by any means, a 5*, in my opinion. Not to seem too dramatic, but my partner and I were eager to get home! We made an effort to be upbeat, but we felt like we were losing the battle because there was always something new to overcome! We wanted to do days out and boat trips but the money we brought with us had to be spent on food, which we didn’t account for. However, it was a good location to get a really cheap bus into the old town. The aesthetic of the hotel was lovely and it was really clean!

My friends and I are coming to end of our weekend away. All the bar and restaurant staff have been lovely and friendly. I really do t understand how people can say they are rude. Lovely food and drinks, didn’t have a problem getting a sunbed. Thanks Cooks club for a wonderful weekend

Personeel is vriendelijk.
