The room was not very clean, the quilt and bedsheets had holes
There was also a smell, like cigarettes or something
All the facilities were there
The elevator was out of order
It was about a 20-minute walk from the subway station, and two stops by bus

The staff was very friendly and I liked the cleanliness. The location was a little far from downtown, but there was a bus stop right across from it, so it wasn't inconvenient. Overall it was a good accommodation.

I like the snack bar on the 2nd floor so I'm going to eat ramen.

Very disappointed with the service. I asked my Korean friend to call ahead to ask if I could cancel the next 2 nights because I booked 3 nights but found the hotel a bit far from the center so I only wanted to stay the first night and wanted to cancel the next 2 nights. Then the employee agrees. When I came to check in and asked again, the staff still agreed to cancel the remaining 2 nights and contact the trip to receive a refund. But when I contacted trip, they said it was not possible. So I wasted 2 nights without getting a refund and had to rent another hotel 😭

Good size room for the price. A bit of a long ride into the heart of the city by metro but it is on line 3 so that’s nice. It was clean. Pretty good.

It was a great choice! The facilities are also very up-to-date, so they are clean and nice. I stayed with my child, and they really loved the jacuzzi and the 24-hour free self-serve ramen corner on the second floor.

Staff onsite were wonderfully helpful. Snack bar with ramen and toast available 24/7. Complimentary water, coffee, aloe drink was a very nice amenity.

I liked the bathroom with large bath tub, huge smart TV and the new cloth styler?.. there was even a computer in the room. There were free snack bar and washing machine and dryer on second floor which were so convenient for me.
