Benim em sevdiğim otel. Ben ve bütün ailem oraya gidiyor ama daha asla. Çok üzücü bir olay yaşadik- odamdan ,cüzdanımdan 600 usd çalındı. Ve en üzücü- otelin bunun ile ilgili birşey yapmamak. Sherwood değil sanki, sanki pansiyon. Hiç tavsiye etmiyorum artık. En az 20 kişi artık bu otele gitmeyecek

All is good, but food is 3* hotel…

A wonderful place to stay, the staff are great and professional starting from the front desk, gust relations, activity teams, catering and restaurants and ending with the room service. Everyone was handling our requests with pleasure and a smile on face. I will definitely recommend it and will definitely visit this property again. We loved the architecture and landscape. The food and fast food group are delicious. The staff of each section is extremely attentive. Definitely go to a la carte and indigo and enjoy the delicious food. We cannot raise the bar on desserts, we did not like them very much unfortunately. The cocktails made at the Mare bar are excellent. Definitely recommended.

Very beautiful green area, many swimming pools, a decent water park. We stayed in a deluxe room overlooking the lagoon; the bathroom smelled like sewage and mustiness. In general, the hotel is very pleasant, beautiful location.

It was a very nice hotel, everything was great, we will choose it again next year ☺️

When my wife changed the towel, they threw brushes at me, so I need to pick people to the places so they don't mess around.

We really enjoyed our experience at Sherwood Exclusive Kemer. We stayed for 4 nights, and some of the things my husband and I loved are: The pools: We liked that there were so many pools and we could choose whether we want to relax under the trees, by the sea or at the lagoon. The pools were always clean and nice. The food and snack bars: The food was great, there were so many varieties, and everything was delicious. We especially liked the fact that they have so many snack bars and places. The waffle place, the ice cream, the caffe, and even the small snack bars around the resort serving drinks and chips. The food at the main restaurant was good too. The only thing is that they were not salty enough!! But, we understand that you can always add salt to your taste. However, the salt shakers were terrible . The room we got was nice and clean, even though it was only 2 of us, we got a duplex above the main restaurant. It was nice and clean. The room was cleaned everyday! Although in the bedroom above even though there was an air conditioner, it got a little hot, since it was under the roof I guess. We enjoyed the snacks and the drinks from the minibar too! We were surprised to find out that they were also included in the Ultra all inclusive concept! The staff: Incredibly friendly and very appreciative of our efforts to speak Turkish! Suggestions: Even though the environment and the nature around the resort is lovely, we thought that it would be nice if there were some benches or hammocks around the area. The only place you could sit were the caffee and the main pool bar. We sometimes wanted to sit and relax in the gardens, but we couldn’t. Also, another thing we thought would improve the overall experience is to put more information boards around the resort. There were only two. So if we wanted to check the schedule for the entertainment or the other activities (which there were many btw) we had to walk all the way to the lobby. Or, we had no idea when the aqua-park would be open or closed.

Sherwood Exclusive Kemer was an exceptional destination. Thank you so much to all the staff for the amazing service, the clean pools and rooms, the stunning attention given to the gardens and surroundings. We travelled as a family of 4, and our children (aged 11 and 9) had the best holiday - our room was very close to the aquapark, and the kids (and me!) could entertain themselves for hours on the brilliant slides. Each lagoon pool had a nearby bar with a good choice of drinks and attentive bar staff. Our rooms were cleaned well. Occasionally the staff forgot to leave us clean towels but this was quickly put right after a call to reception. We would look forward to mealtimes every day - there was so much choice and it was all delicious. The kids loved the various desserts! There are shops at the resort - a market selling bits and bobs - suncream, beach balls etc, a patisserie serving drinks and pastries, an ice cream parlour, photo studio... you really don't need to leave the resort! The evening entertainment had plenty of variety. Finally, the only negative comment I can make is that the sea was not very clean - there was a lot of floating plastic so we didn't bother going in at all. This didn't bother us as we much prefer a swimming pool, but if you are a beach lover you may be disappointed. Overall, an excellent holiday and I would go there again. 5*

Overall very disappointing. Unfortunately. Decided to come here due to previous reviews however noticed that majority of them are not reflecting the reality. Believing that the reviews should be critical and factual. First, was not expecting a quality matching with the top tier or second tier hotels in the same area / same concept (hence the price paid) however a decent quality was expected based on the name of the hotel (hence the price was paid). Lack of management and supervision through any areas ruining the experience. Staff are generally unprofessional and not trained at all for their duties as well as seen unhappy/ not motivated. They are not aware about customer expectations and satisfaction and some of them are really aggressive, ready to fight/argue with the clients if any criticism is made. Basically, you don't feel welcomed. Food served in general (including a la carte) is very tasteless (including any snacks served ) potentially due to cheap ingredients sourced and lack of talent to cook them. Apparently huge cost cutting there. to add, no one knows how to make a proper cocktails. Rooms are lacking attention with missing items and lack of maintenance. For example air conditioner was making huge noise due to not maintained properly with a very dirty filter ( see the photos). Luckily only stayed 4 days. Only good point is the layout of the hotel as they allocated pools in between living quarters. Surely removing this hotel and any of their group hotels from our list.

Very good, comfortable and beautiful place for vacation and family holidays! A lot of bunch of good stuff, a big amount of good activities, such as air shooting, darts, volleyball and more. Also breathtaking attractions and shows! Especially i want mention rooms and bar!

Amazing hotel in general. Great: Food everywhere but especially in the lunchtime restaurants. Amazing cocktails (proper ones). Excellent staff. Amazing entertainment, the best i've seen at these hotels (Micheal Jackson Show especially). Hotel room stocked daily, poolside bars aplenty, lots of pools. great waterpark. Average: Was the pool water quality was poor I think, lots of oils on the surface in the main pool, the smaller pools were ok and the water park pool there were no issues. Bad: Trying to upsell on arrival, we paid and were show not a great room, no privacy for the shower room in a family room - not great. Didn't feel luxury that we had paid for or worth any upgrade fee.

Excellent service. The atmosphere is amazing. Very beautiful environment. We will return. Labai puikus aptarnavimas, aplinka nuostabi. Daug įvairių užsiemimų. Labai nuostabus vandens parkas. Gražūs sodai. Dar sugįšime ir rekomenduosime kitiems atvykti.
